ANNUAL TURNOVER: The Annual Financial turnover statement by the Chartered Accountant of the bidder should be a minimum of Rs. 5.00 Cr. Cumulative for the last three financial years. i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25..A certified copy of the annual financial turnover statement by a CA with a UDIN number is to be submitted.

The Karnataka Professions Taxation of Trades, Occupations and Occupations Act, 1976 (Rule 4(4)) to attach the certificate of profession tax registration.

Copy of the Self declaration in Rs. 100 /- bond paper should be taken in the name of Dean and Director, Belagavi Institute Of Medical Sciences, Belagavi ie The firm is not in Black listed or defaulter by tender inviting authority/any state/central govt. Bond Should be taken after tender call dated.

E.M.D Amount: The Tenderer shall furnish the requisite EMD in the form of electronic cash through KPP portal only. The supplier shall pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 1.5% in the KPP portal and the details should be submitted along with technical bid.

The tenderer should have a employed qualified nutritionist (Payment proof for recent 2 months).

The tenderer should have valid ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system certificate for catering services including cooked and fresh foods

Tenderers are required to submit a tender processing fees in the form of Rs. 5000.00 to be drawn in favor of The Director, BIMS, Belagavi and DD (Non-Refundable) shall be submitted to this office before the last date and to be uploaded in the kpp portal.

GST Registration Certificate and GST-3B return from July -2025 to Dec -2025.
