Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of powder coated compartmentalized LT panel, of suitable size of the following description symetrical with overload, short circuit and earth fault protection, having bus bar chambers with rated aluminium bus bar, duly insulated with coloured PVC sleeves as per standard code, rigidly mounted on bakelite / DMC insulators (square / round with good insulation resistance), fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, dust proof, weather proof, vermin proof, double door with suitable locking arrangements and suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply with gland plates, cable glands, lifting hooks, ventilating louvers, bus bars, inter connections, earthing, labeling electrical interlocking, suitable for termination of cables, mounted/fixed on and including MS angle iron stand /frame 40cm height from FFL, fabricated out of 50x50x6mm thick MS angle legs (4Nos.) duly grouted in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 painting all exposed metal surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (of approved tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer with, accommodating and including the under mentioned and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed and including taking down old LT panel. Note:- The rate of taking down of old rusted Feeder pillar is included in quoted rates

S&F in replacement Bus Bar Chamber of size 60 x 60 x45 cm suitable of 3 phase 433 Volts outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick M S Sheet with 200 Amps rated aluminium busbar (4 Nos ) PVC sleeves and coloured (Red,Yellow,Blue and Black) with locking arrangments and angle iron stand of size 40 x 40 x 6mm frame grouted in ground with PCC foundation 1:2:4 type C1 with 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate alongwith all necessary cable connections,lugs and cable gland including 2 coat of paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate of taking down of old rusted Feeder pillar is included in quoted rates

M&L for overhauling and rewinding of electric gate motor of cap 5 HP, 415 Volts by removing worn out winding, cleaning of slots and insertion of insulating paper in the slots in appropriate size and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size along with insertion of superior quality of insulating material, winding, varnishing and drying, including dismantling of electric motor connection and re-fixing back after rewinding including replacement of connection plate and making necessary electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) The Job includes replacement of unsv parts such as starter, Contactor, MCB/MCCB, relay, limit switch, NO/NC switch, forward/reverse switch,emergency stop switch, and rewiring using copper conductor or any other parts which required for smooth functioning of gate motor. (ii) The alignment of the gate and servicing & greasing of connnected items such as pullley, rail, wheels, chain etc complete is also incuded in quoted rate.

M&L for servicing / overhauling of gear box of motorised gate including replacement of old unsv / broken gears, oiling/greasing, filling gear oil, and replacement of gaskets nuts bolts washer etc complete, including dismantling of gear box connection and re-fixing back after repairing and making necessary connection with motor and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The job included complete servicing and replacement of connected spare items/parts to make the gear box functional for motor installed with the gate.

M&L for complete servicing of open type hydraulic lift installed at tech area including checking for smooth functioning of all moving parts and greasing where required complete all as specified and directed. The servicing includes repair/replacement of the following spares items Note : (a) Necessary welding work where required is deemed to be included in quoted rates (b) Repair / replacement of electronic circuit of existing make and model is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (d) The job includes painting of the lift with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and pattern (e) The job includes replacement of contactor, relay compatible with hydraulic jack is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (f) The job includes replacement of limit switch compatible with hydraulic jack is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (g) Removal of 4 Nos (10 feet height each) hydraulic jack of hydraulic lift at tech area,shifting to workshop for necessary repair and refixing in original location/position including repacement of seal kit is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (j) T&P and shifting of any part or parts of the lift to workshop for repair/servicing is included in quoted rates. (c) Hydraulic oil will be measured and paid seperately. The payment will be made after complete servicing and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr in charge

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches, passing through ducts/pipes, fixing along poles, jointing and testing ; XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire or strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 core 300 Sq mm including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed .
