Housekeeping Horticulture and other Auxiliary works at HWBF Talcher Housing Colony for the Year 2024-25

Providing and supply of required manpower, tools & Tackles, consumable for housekeeping and horticulture works like sweeping, washing, moping, drainage cleaning, sewer line cleaning uprooting the grass & vegetation in residendial buildings, maintenance of Existing Shrubs, maintenance of hedges and seasonal flowers ,including application of fertilizers, manures, pesticides, etc., watering in dry period,Shaping to required design, spot weeding, pruning to dead & diseased wings if required, including collection of dirt, waste paper, cotton waste etc of various places like colony road side, E type querters area, GM bunglow, D3 guest house, Bhanjamandap, recreation club, Gym, CHSS dispensary, garden area, rain water harvesting area etc. in HWBF, Talcher housing colony which is spreaded in 35 Acre area complete as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Details of consumables, Tools & Tackle and manpower required for executing the said job is given in technical specification.

Cleaning of Garbage pit having 60 sqm area(Dumping area of all garbage of residential quarters)in HWPT colony by removing all solid waste, debris, algal mats, unwanted vegetation, stones and other materials with all lifts and leads by using manpowers,tools & tackles and suitable tractor / truck by mechanical/manual methods. complete cleaning including spreading of bleaching powder and disposing the removed materials outside of colony premises as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (One time in three months) NOTE: Supply of men & materials, necessary tools / appliances and consumables required for execution of the above job are in the scope of contractor.

Grass Cutting of colony open areas, road side berms and surrouding of residential buildings, boundary wall and public buidings like bhanjamandap, GM bunglow, E type quarters area, D3 Guest house area, children park, duck park, rain water harvesting area, Upto 2 meter distance of outside peripherial boundary wall of colony etc. including disposal of rubbish, grass at a distance of 100 meter, as per specifications, and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Our colony is spreaded in 35 acre area and effective grass cutting area in one round is approximately 1 Lakh SQM. Contractor has to deploy minimum 2 grass cutting machine with all tools & tackles, manpower and consumables for completing the job.

Providing and supply of required manpower, tools & Tackles for housekeeping and other miscellaneous manual work like cleaning of newly alloted quarters, cleaning job in public functions like independence day / republic day etc. as and when required basis.

Supervisory work for all the items covered in this schedule including but not limited to job planning / allocation, continuous supervision, quality and progress checks / reporting and co-ordination as per the direction and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Control measure for Mosquito menace by fogging operation covering entire outdoor area of Housing colony premises, Transit Guest House, “E” type cluster using KING FOG 1.2 ULV at the dosage of 5 ml chemical with 995 ml of diesel for 1000 sqm area at a frequency of once in a month including cost of chemical, diesel, all tools and tackles, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer.NOTE :-1. Before starting the fogging work, total Diesel and Chemical ( KING FOG 1.25 ULV ) required for each operation are to be supplied by contractor to department and the same will be issued by deptt. staff as per the schedule. 2. Spaying machine is under the scope of the contractor. NOTE: Supply of men & materials, necessary tools / appliances and consumables required for execution of the above job are in the scope of contractor.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment in the areas mentioned (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion as chemical supply is in the scope of department): NOTE: Supply of men, necessary tools / appliances required for execution of the above job are in the scope of contractor.

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Oil or Kerosene 32 litre @ 10 R/M will be required in the work and same will be in the scope of contractor no extra amount will be paid.

Comprehensive maintenance of existing water filters of various make and model at HWBF, Talcher plant and colony public buildings to make it in runnin condition and outlet water should be drinkable condition..

Maintenance of water filter of various make and model, which includes functional checking, cleaning of water lines and replacement of Required component/ spare parts which need to be replace for functioning the water purifier which includes UV Lamp, switch , Valves , Pipes and pipe fittings , electronic items etc. as and when required with unlimited breakdown maintenance warranty for one year. All complete and as directed by the Enineer-in-charge. NOTE: Supply of men and all the above consumables(Other than filter) for execution of the above job are in the scope of contractor.

Providing and installing of primary filter/ carbon filter/ iron filter in existing water filter as and when required and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and supply of Hydraulic Excavator (3D)(JCB) with driver and fuel for doing the various job as and when required basis for plant as well as colony site at HWBF, Talcher as directed by Engineer in charge.

Trimming of trees upto 15m height of the following girth including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material upto a distance of 2 km all complete as directed by the Engineer.
