Taking out existing roof treatment completely upto PCC / RCC surface and M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment described as under:- (a) Surface preparation and treating of construction joints, filling of honey combs with polymer modified mortar (Cement: Sand : smart care multipurpose polymer of Asian Paints or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger )

The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have dual combination of 250% elongation . Execution to be done with authorised applicator of the manufacturer. Work will be executed in smart assurance system.

Cleaning of man holes of any depth and size including clearing the mouth of outlet/inlet pipes, by taking out accumulated soil, sludge etc mechanically and removal out of MD land and refixing manhole cover all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dewatering and desludging of septic tank / soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as requried, including effluent, solids and sludge out of MD land includind removing the manhole covers and reinstating to its original postion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In Charge. (Note: A particular septic tank / soakage well which is undertaken once for cleaning and paid for shall be kept functional for entire contract period and no extra payment for repitetive cleaning if requred shall be made)

Pumping out sewage water from the man holes / septic tank / soakage well at different locations by means of sewage tanker fitted with pump (5000 ltr capacity) and disposing off out of MD land as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil

Dismantling and taking out from trenches salt glazed stone ware / RCC pipes and fittings 150mm bore including PCC benching and haunching complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation shall be measured and paid for seperately)

Dismantling and taking out from trenches salt glazed stone ware / RCC pipes and fittings 200mm bore including PCC benching and haunching complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation shall be measured and paid for seperately)

M&L for 60 mm thick vibromatic reinforced precast cement concrete 1:1:2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 2mm thick mild steel CR sheet around painted with 2 coats of bituminous paint , as in man hole cover slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top surface will be chequred finish) including necessary form work, 100 mm long handle of 12mm dia round bar counter sunk by 25mm welded to reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : CA No and date will be engraved on covers. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid saperately. Curing will carried out with ponding method)

M & L for cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains and benching finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work, moulds complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, well bonded , bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 130.00 here in above but except stones complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Stones retrived from dismantling shall be reused.

M&L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:4) to random rubble, uncoursed stone masonry or brought up to courses of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets light fitting etc removing materials to store for keetping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items shall be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/floors complete all as directed.

(nominal area) ,PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable drawn through and including non metallic medium duty rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium duty) 20mm dia or higher size complete with all accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, bell mouth, bend, reducer etc including pressed steel juction box of thickness1.2mm for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, and 1.5 Sqmm.
