Excavation in foundations and trenches etc, in earth work, lift up to 1.5mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required in to plinth of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20mtrs, in all kind of soil in P.W &J.W. 50% each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 app.sand:8 app. graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all height and depth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Brick using common burnt clay building bricks ( 2nd Class) including racking out joints in cement morter 1:6 (1cement:6app sand) curing complete upto plinth level including all leads lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Brick using common burnt clay building bricks ( 2nd Class) including racking out joints in cement morter 1:6 (1cement:6app sand) extra for super structure above plinth level and upto floor two level including all leads lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel frames of doors , windows, learestory window and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position including all leads lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40 Cm long including fixing to frames 10mm diameter bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embended in cement concrete block 30x10x15 Cm. In1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 gradedstone agg. 20mm nominal size) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick and welded with angle iron frame of 30x30x5 mm so as to give a frame of fair finish including centring , shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

a) Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floorsetc. 200 mm in thickness.

Providing and laying rainforced cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2app sand :4app graded stone aggregete 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floor roof , landing shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders bressumer and cantilevers upto floors two level in all height and depth ,including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing for steel reinforcement for RCC work including banding , binding and placing in polisition complete upto floor two level leads ,lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Including cost of binding.

Providing & fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet garrage door with frame of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm angle iron 3.15 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Applying a priming coat over new steel and steel based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing stell primer red oxide paint including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coat ( excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt and dust and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint other than white including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed under flooring including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 [ 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size] laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick stone masonary for interier plastering upto floors two level including arrisis ,internal rounded angle ,chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement morter 1:6(1cement:6app sand)including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade including thourghly brooming the surface to remove all dirt ,dust morter dirts and other foreign matter including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing under layer for plinth protectatin of 75mm thich (Un consolidated) bed of dry brick stone 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidating and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement :3app sand:6app graded sotne agg. 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surfece of concrete smooth including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and Fixing of fencing panel of size 1.20mx1.80m of jali 25x 25 mm welded to M.S. Black tube of 32 mm dia of 14 gauge mm thick with M.S. Flat 20 x 3 mm, welded all around the pipe pannel two on both sides and providing hold fasts 7 Nos of M.S. Flate of 32x 3 mm thicness having consting of tee of size 15x15 CMs tee acting as hold fasts including cutting, welding painting withother than white paint to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Steel work in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint in grating framed guard bars ladders railing brackets and similar works including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed "U" shape open surface drain with side walls 15 x 22 CMS in cement motor 1:6 ( 1Cement : 6 sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster in cement motor 1:3 (1Cement: 3 sand) including earth work and laying 10 CMs cement concrete in 1:5:10 ( 1 cement:5sand:10 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size and 7.50 Cms cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4 greded stone agg. of 20 mm N/S ) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing oxidized M.S. Sliding door bolts with nut and screw etc. complete 300x16mm including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing oxidized M.S. Tower bolts with nut and screw etc. Complete (250 x 10 mm size) including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
