S & F in repair 1x 4' feet 1X18 LED tube rod on replacing existing 36/40watt tube rod, electronic ballast at site as per user requirement,230V 50 Hz. The LED tube light conforms to applicable IS 10322/EN 60598, similar to Havells , or equivalent to Philips /Havells/Wipro.

Supply and fix 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated overall PVC sheathed 3 core flexible cable for maintenance of tubelights and fans.

Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc all as directed.

M/L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cable enclosed in PVC conduit with accessories ISI marked fixed on surface of walls/ceilings by means of PVC Sleeves / dash fastness and cadmium screws all as per IS fittings mounted on terminal box with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover concealed in wall. The thickness of sunken box shall be 1.2 mm. The cover shall be fixed to terminal box with brass screws incl 1.5 sqmm single core cmultistranded PVC insulated but unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth dolly drawn in same conduit complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully UNSV main switch and DB's including MCBs of any size, 415 V, 50 Hz make, type and capacity and depositing at site as directed.

S/F TPN DBs 4 way with provision for FP as incomer and SP as outgoing all as directed. IP 43-IK 09 with metal double door of Make Legrand or its equivalent in Schnieder/ABB/C&S

Supply and Fix Distribution board SPN Double door including fixing and connecting of mounting MCBs isolator, ELCBs etc factory made, confirming to IS:13032 fabricated out of CRCA sheet. The DBs shall be of same make as MCBs /Isolator. DB shall also be provided with label marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on all way as specified , as under:-

M&L for opening covers of ceiling fan, remove the burnt winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the fan with supper enammeled copper wire of same wire gauge, warnishing after winding, drying, replacing unserviceable fan bearings No 6201/6202 for 1200mm sweep, greasing, soldering the copper terminal of winding with single core copper multistraded wire of 0.5 sqmm and re-assembling fan, replace of fan capacitor 2.5mfd and making connection with fan capacitor and connector block, transoporting back after repair, assembling the blades, painting and hanging the fan in its own position to existing fan clamp and down rod with necessary Nut, bolt and washer and testing for smooth functioning after complete repair all as ditrected at site. Note : Quoted rate deems to inclusive of labour charges and items/jobs of fan rewinding,capacitor, fan bearing, servicing,painting, wire and transporatation charges.

M&L for opening covers of Exhaust fan 225/250/300mm, remove the burnt winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the fan with supper enammeled copper wire of same wire gauge, warnishing after winding, drying, replacing unserviceable fan bush/bearings, greasing, replace of armature coil with complete shaft, soldering the copper terminal of winding with single core copper multistraded wire of 0.5 sqmm and re-assembling fan and making connections, transoporting back after repair, assembling the blades, painting and fixing the E/ fan in its own position with existing clamp with necessary Nut, bolt and washer and testing for smooth functioning after complete repair all as ditrected at site.
