Annual maintenance contract of 04 Nos of RO system (15 Ltrs capacity) installed at E1 Sec, BR-I Sub Div, AO Office and Furniture Yard under GE IMA Dehradun As per Term and Conditions below:-
(a) The rates quoted for repair/maintenance/ replacement of part to found defective including all parts covered under AMC for a period of one year from the date of acceptance/ handling over the faulty equipment/ commencement of maintenance service whichever is later.
(b) Defect rectification period and majority of faulty would be rectified in the first response itself; maximum period allowed for defect rectification shall be 48 Hrs only.
(c) Call Notice: Notice for repair/ maintenance of the system will be given to the firm by Office authority through phone followed by written brief description of the complaint.
(d) Penalty for delay in attendance and defect rectification or provision of stand by excluded while calculating for the period of delay for call attendance and defect rectification.
(e) In case of failure on the part of the firm to respond to the call within stipulated period of 48 Hrs this Office shall be levy a penalty Rs 100/- per day for the first three days and thereafter Rs 500/- per day may be levy till the machine is made on road.
(f) The contract covers a comprehensive routine servicing and maint of the equipment, any part that may need replacement and all consumable items (like membrane, candle, filter etc.) will be supplied by the firm on free of charges.
(g) Frequency of services: Two visits per month of service Engineer for normal preventive maintenance plus as required in case of breakdown.
(h) The payment will be made quarterly basis by BSO Sub-Div of this Office on production of bill duly endorsed the Meter reading.
