M&L for cleaning of DSC open well of size 10 metre x 8 metre and 12 metre depth (filled with accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles etc upto 1.6 metre height from bottom, & balance portion filled with water up to 12 metre height from bottom of well) by continues dewatering till the complete water is removed from the open well by using suitable capacity non clog diesel engine pump set and cleaning of all the accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles up to bottom of open well & removing the same to a distance exc 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed by Engr in Charge.

Note for item No 1 to 9 :- (i) Dewatering process shall be continuous as per working hrs provn of standby arrangement of another pumping set on failure of working pump set shall be arranged by contractor. (ii) Adequate skilled man power shall be employed for cleaning. (iii) All protective arrangement / instrument during cleaning and dewatering shall be provided by contractor deemed to be included in the cost of cleaning. (iv) Work shall be executed by experienced persons in trade and all safety precautions as per CP norms will be ensured during cleaning of open well / UG sump / Overhead tank by the contractor. (v) An intimation will be given to Engr in charge before execution and after completion of work.

M&L for Cleaning of 1000 litre capacity HDPE service water tank of and the connected circulating pipes at any position by removing sludge, mud, moss, moulds, efflorescent salts, oil spots etc or any other foreign material from the bottom, cover and internal surfaces by scraping using wire brush, draining out the water from the tank and washing internally with water & bleaching powder (0.10 Kg of bleaching powder will be mix in 1 litre water) and again draining out the water from the tank and writing the date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting electrical connection & outlet pipe connection, taking out submersible pump and motor of any capacity from the tube well / borewell lowered at the depth of 100m and above from the ground level complete with HDPE pipe and submersible cable, transported to authorized work shop for repair / servicing, transported back to existing location and lowering the same pump after repairing / servicing along with HDPE pipe and electric cable including fixing of cable to pipe with PVC strip, replacement of clamps and mild steel bolts, nut and washers with stainless still nut and bolt, casing capping bell cap etc, connecting electrical connecting & delivery pipe line complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Repairing/Servicing of Submersible pump & motor shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Cable & HDPE pipe if found unserviceable shall be measured & paid separately as Supply & fix.

M&L for Dismantling of existing defective/unsv squirrel cage induction motor of capacity 20 HP, three phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connection, coupling pulley, transportation to work shop, seperating the stator and rotor assembly, cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding of stator with super enamelled solid copper conductor (winding wire) of appropriate gauge and size to match with the existing so as to acheive desired RPM, including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, providing insualtion and reassembling stator and rotor, connecting coils/ winding in star and delta mode at the junction box/terminal, fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction motor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 1200x 1200 x 1000 mm deep dimensions (Over all internal dimension) for sluice valve etc. with PCC foundation, PCC block masonry walls, Plastering, PCC Coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including Excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below:-Valve chamber shall be provided with the following specifications:-(i) Cement concrete for foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick extended up to 150 mm beyond the outer face of block masonry.(ii) Walls of valve chamber 200 mm thick with precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks , setting in CM 1:6 complete. (iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and block masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth.(iv) 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over block masonry wall.(v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coat of white wash.(vi) Chamber cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS sheet with 30 x 30 x 5 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement. steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for cleaning of pump houses, surrounding area by surface excavation upto 10 cm depth incl removing shrubs, grass, miniplants and other unwanted materials and levelling complete in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M& L for repairing of crack in 100 mm bore DI / CI/GI water pipe line by providing mild steel two piece half round clamp fabricated with 60 mm wide & 5 mm thick mild steel flat bend to shape welding 25 mm size socket, including nut bolt, rubber packing, drilling hole in existing pipe line & painting of clamp with anti corrosive paint complete all as specified and directed.

Provision of payment against broadband / GPRS connection in the name of GE for SCADA communication sytem at Main Pump house, sardar OHT, Prem nagar OHT, New Super OHT, officers old and new OHT, old Project OHT, Map Pump house, DSC pump House with different static IP, on the PC including all expenses for communication and internal charges complete all as specified and directed.

Deployment an electrician with tools and testing of motor for any defects/ faults occuring day to day in motor starter panel and check and repair the panel whenever required (round the clock) at different places of pump houses in technical and domestic area complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates shall be inclusive of minor repair items including material like insulation tape, wire etc as per site requirement.

Deployment Plumber with tools and ladder for attending "NO Water Supply" Complaints at AF-1 & AF-2 Area and clear minor defects/blockaged pipe line at top of the accomodation water storage tanks, wall / under ground complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates shall be inclusive of minor repair items including material like elbow, tee, nipples, union etc as per site requirement.
