Providing water proofing treatment shall be done in two coats apply First coat of Dr. Fixit Torch SHIELD ( P - 3160- 3mm ( P- three one six zero - three milimetre ) to the clean and saturated surface maintaining a coverage 0.60 sqm (Zero point six zero squate meter) per kilogram to achieve 1mm (one millimeter) thickness this coating shall also be executed up to 300mm ( three hundred milimetre) vertically. The 2nd (second ) coat shall be applied in opposite direction after 4 to 6 (Four to six) hours of application of 1st (first ) coat then sprinkle sand on top surface of applied Dr. Fixit Fast flex white still tacky and the second coat. Then apply cement mortar 1:4 (one cement ist four sand) and mixed with Pidiproof LW at the rate 200ml (two hundred millimetre) per 50 (Fifty kilogram) of cement over the floor with suitable gradient towords drain water pipe while the second coat of Dr. Fixit is still tacky complete, as per approved drawing, design including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of Asian / Nerolac / Berger / Dulux to give an even shade. (Two or more coat) applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm ( zero decimal nine zero litre per ten square metres) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm ( zero decimal eight zero litre per ten square metres) of approved brand and manufacture as per approved drawing, design and specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting wood work with Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian / Nerolac / Berger / Dulux required to give an even shade. (Two or more coat) applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm ( zero decimal nine zero litre per ten square metres) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/ 10 sqm ( Zero decimal seventy five litre per ten square metres) of approved brand and manufacture as per approved drawing, design and specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying 6 mm ( six milimetre) thick cement plaster in ceiling with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement isto 3 fine sand ) curing complete, as per approved drawing, design and specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm ( two milimetre) over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth and curing complete with moulding as per drawing, design of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Finishing walls with weather proof exterior emulsion paint of Asian / Dulux / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paints of approved shade having VOC less than 50 gm/litre ( Fifty gram per litre) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm ( one decimal four three litre per ten square metre) Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm ( zero decimal nine zero litre per ten square metre) , as per approved drawing, design and specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying Brick/light weight filling material in Dome , as per approved drawing, design and specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
