Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
M & L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, build in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
Hard core of broken boulders of guage not exc 63 mm deposited spread & levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.
M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 as in sub base under floors 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.
M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 on external wall finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)
Supply only liquid water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.
M&L for plain cment concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the likes including weathering slightly roundede or chamfered angles and throoating including form work wall as directed complete
Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil of any type lcomplete all as specified. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.
Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.
Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter etc. all as specified and directed.
M&L for reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified.
M&L for corrosion resistant TMT bars 5 to 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.
M&L for M-30 (with 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) design mix concrete for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for cement concrete in Post holes, foundation fillings and mass concreting plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone agg.
M & L for designing , providing fabricated , assembling and erection of pre stressed special Arch Membrane roofing structure with MS tubular frame work ( As per is structural steel ) in desired profile as per conceptual drawing with type II Precontraint as per manufacturing and supplying standards by Serge Ferrari /Mehler /Verseidag /Sioen . The membrane should confirm to the manufacturing and supplying standards by being pre stretched in both weft and weft direction manufacturing to perform best dynamic stability in both warp and warp direction with approved installers and manufacture for Arch roofing with and atleast two executed job reference in this connection. The fabric must be of HT polyester yarns 1100D tex coated with uniform 230 micron PVC coating over the polyester yarn . The top quote over the PVC must be of height concentration with easy clean availability and superior white pigmentation of the membrane . The dimensional stability of the fabric should be measure as per elongation test of 24 hrs - 10DAN / 5cm which should confirm < 1 % - < 1 % ( EN15977 ) and residual elongation should confirm < 0.4 % -0.4% ( EN15977 ) ensuring dimensional stability in both weft and warp direction , minimum weight should be 900 to 950gm per sqm (EN ISO 2286-2 ) , 4200/4000 N / 50mm ( EN ISO1421 ) and tear strength of 550 / 500N ( DIN53363 ) and with a guarantee of 10 yrs ( with non depreciating guarantee for first three years ) from the manufacturer , pole to pole spacing of the fabric should be as Arch drg , Plan area of covering used for Covered Shed Chargeable area will be fabric surface area inducing the measurement of the fitting used for fixing the civil drawing of foundation will be provided by the supplier and the foundation if any shall be made by contractor as per drawing produced by manufacturer. The wind pressure report along with foundation drawing shall be provided by the supplier / contractor for future reference as per direction of Engr - in - Charge approved by GE . Minimum design criteria of structure: Round pipe pillar 200mm dia, Rafter round 125mm dia, Connecting Rafter Pole to pole 125mm dia, Covered shed round pipe/ Purlin 75mm dia, Base plate 450x550 mm, SS plate and 25 mm dia. nut bolt , Gl wire rope for fabric , Deco Primer and Paint , 900 GSM Sione white Fabric , pole to pole Distance 3.75m / 3.00m, Clear Height is 2.44m, including excavation of pit ( As per required Nos. as per drawing) of size 1 m x 1m x 1.2m and Including returning filling and removing, lean concrete 150 mm thick 1:4:8 type D2 for col footing, 20 mm dia TMT bar in footing and base column at spacing 100mm centre to centre and also refer IS:456 considering wind pressure, structural design,foundation RCC M-30 (Design mix) all catered work is deemed to be included in unit cost .
M&L chequered designed cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300 mm x 20mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
