Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal in all leads and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) All kinds of soil. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (nonmodular) bricks of class designation7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth in cluding levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 coarsesand : 12graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

15mm cement plaster on rough sideof single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
