STP works

Design & Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 10.00 MLD Capacity by SBR technology or any other proven technology including Fecal sludge treatment unit of 15 KLD to fulfill the desired effluent parameters including Civil, E&M and Automation works. The STP shall consists of an inlet cum stilling chamber, Fine screen chamber, Grit chamber, Parshall flume, distribution chamber, Chlorine contact tank, Chlorine house, Gravity Sludge Thickener, Centrifuge, Bypass units and MPS with necessary piping work with valves, gates, drains, pathways etc all complete as turnkey job having inlet/outlet analysers, corrosion resistant (SS-316) motorised actuator operated gates, flow meters installed at inlet, outlet and bypass, level sensors, DO/PH/BOD/TSS Monitors in reactors inlet and outlet and required instrumentations with IP based CCTV. The cost also includes providing of three cesspool vehicle required for removing the sludge from septic tanks (1 No-1 KL, 1 No-2 KL & 1 No-3 KL each) DG sets, Electric Substation, Transformers, pumps and HT/LT/Control Panels, Laboratory, HT/LT, SCADA & Meter room, Store room, Administrative building, staff quaters(Type-I (34.20 SQM),TypeII (45.60 SQM) and TypeIII (62.70 SQM) , Chemical Room,Automatic Chlorine Dozer, approach road including internal roads & pathways, lighting, fire saftey devices, drainge & landscaping of STP campus as per client directions. I&D Work / tapping of drain (5nos)

Provision for coffer dam and required pumping to divert nala flow during construction of Nala flow during construction Nala cross wall (weir) Including supply of all materials, labour T&P and its maintenance complete including Construction of Temporary Drain.

Bailing out of water form the excavated trench with help of pumps as well as manually and removal of sludge, sullary from the bed of Nala as and when required including supply of pumps, mobil oil, wages of operators etc. complete for proper completion of works.

Barircading of trench area by vertical posts and horizontal ballies, properly fixed and joined together complete.

Excavation in kankar mix with morum including disposal of surplus earth lift upto 1.5 mtr. & lead upto 50M filling watering & ramming of excavated earth, into the trenches and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 50M from the centre of the foundation trenches.
