Cutting open Cement concrete road surface with concrete saw cutter and removal with Breaker.

Cement Concrete using 20mm (0.54cu.m) and 12mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laidin layers o not more than 15cm thick well compacted including curing,, machine mixing, costand conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note : Measurement boxes shall be used form easuring the quantities of cement,aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix - C.C (1:3:6)

Plastering in Cement mortar 12 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions. - do- in C.M( 1:5)

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
