Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/ stainless steel work of any description not otherwise provided forcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated sheeting of any type, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F of steel work in tubular section (Circular/Square/Rectangular) including shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes as posts, purlins, rafters etc., conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 for complete all as specified.

M& L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of aluminium red oxide primer.

M& L for Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coats of aluminium paint.

S&F in repair 2 mm thick, crystal type polycarbonate solid sheet of ISI Mark, including jointing strip suitable for sheet, silicon celent, washer, screw complete all as per manufacturers instruction and as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 2 mm thick,crystal type polycarbonate solid plain sheet for ridge of ISI Mark, including jointing strip suitable for sheet, silicon celent, washer, screw complete all as per manufacturers instruction and as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs PVC eave gutters of size 6", half round with rounded edge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm bore Low density polyethylene (LDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq. cm fixed using clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory assembled silent diesel engine driven engine generating set, fulley wired alternator AC to give an Output of 10 KVA/8 KW continous rating at a PF lagging, 415 Volts, Ac 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz+ 1%supply,1500 RPM directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with adequate capacity with fuel line accessories , PCC foundation as per Manu facturers instructions ,vibration damper pads,microprocessor based Generator and Alternator monitoring and control system with RS485 interface,AMF control panel and other accessoriesetc and comprising of the accessories/equipments as indicated in the specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Sl item No.10. (i) Any fittings/fixtures which are necessary for proper functioning of the DG set shall also deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. (ii) Necessary foundation for installation of DG set shall be provided as per Manufacturers recommendations and cost of the same shall deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted for this item. (iii) All testing equipments including arrangement of electrical load for testing and consumables like oil, diesel etc., are to be arranged by the contractor and testing shall be carried out by the contractor in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, testing officer nominated by the Accepting officer. (iv) Unit rate quoted by the contractor includes first filling of lubricating oil, Coolant, Carrying out "B" check after first 50 Hrs of DG run or as per OEM recommendations during the maintenance period. (v) Unit rate quoted by the contractor includes necessary termination of incoming and outgoing cables / dismantling and reconnecting the existing cables if any as required at site. The decision of Engineer-in-Charge shall be final and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (vi) Cable from DG set to AMF, AMF panel to Main panel shall be measured under respective items of BOQ. (vii)Drawings/catalogue for DG Set, AMF panel, approved by the GE before ordering on the Manufacturer. (viii)The tenderer shall provide the Operator Manual, spare parts, catalogue, AMF circuit diagram, etc on completion of work.Unit rate quoted by the contractor includes the same.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables( heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core, including necessary clamping on wall/existing duct trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure with MCB TPN 40 Amps for incoming E B supply from existing LT Panel all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanised Iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level, connected to 25x4 mm size Galvanised Iron as earthing strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanised Iron /steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including provn of necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, PCC pit, RCC cover and 20 mm bore medium grade watering pipe, water funnel with GI wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade protection pipe, common salt, charcoal dust, returning filling in of soil, removal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr etc including testing on completion all as specified.
