SERVICING / MAINTENANCE / REPAIRING OF VRV SYSTEM, AIR COOLING SYSTEM AT MH JODHPUR UNDER GE SHIKARGARH IN ARMY AREA JODHPUR

Servicing and cleaning of outdoor unit of VRV system ( 7-Nos ) by cleaning / wash with appropriate chemical/detergent of whole unit and remove the dust particles, cleaning of all parts inside of unit and minor replacement parts such as nut bolts screw of any type upto satisfactory all as directed by Engr-In-Charge Make:- DAIKIN(System no 1 to 5) And VOLTAS (System no 6 to 7) electrically operated installed at New MH Jodhpur complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) System No - 1&4 - 54 HP = 02 Nos (ii) System No - 2 - 40 HP = 01 Nos (iii) System No - 3 - 36 HP = 01 Nos (iv) System No - 5 - 42 HP = 01 Nos (v) System No 6 & 7 - 56 KW = 02 Nos Note :- Servicing will be carried out twice in a year (7 Systemx2 = 14 Job)

Servicing and cleaning of Cassate unit (ceiling mounted) of VRV System of any make any capacity installed at various location in NEW MH and Adm Block Jodhpur including Filter Wash, Cooling / Evaporative coil wash and remove the dust, replacement of all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Servicing of ceiling mounted cassette type will be carried out twice in a year (61 Unitx2 =122Job) as per directed.

Servicing and cleaning of Air Handling Unit(AHU) indoor type for VRF system of any make any medel/capacity installed at various location, including Filter Wash ,Cooling/Evaporative Coil Wash and remove the dust particles, cleaning/greasing of all part including minor replacement parts such as nut bolts screw of any type for system units upto satisfactory all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- Servicing of AHU units will be carried out twice in a year (04 Units x 2 = 08 Job) as per directed.

Supply and Fixing compressor 5 HP 420 Volt for outer unit of VRV System make DAIKIN/VOLTAS/LG of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and Fixing compressor 6 HP 420 Volt for outer unit of VRV System of Make DAIKIN/VOLTAS/LG any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing compressor Invertor Type 6 HP for outer master unit of VRV System of Make DAIKIN/VOLTAS/LG any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and gas charging refrigerant gas 410A or as required for system up to required level incl connected work including pressure testing with nitrogen before filling regrigerant gas in VRV System of 12 to 18 HP make Dakin complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply , fixing and testing of Invertor PCB for Out door unit of VRV System of DAIKIN/VOLTAS/LG any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply , fixing and testing in replacement unserviceable Heat Exchanger / condensor for Out door unit of VRV System of DAIKIN/VOLTAS/LG any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unsv exhaust fan blade of suitable size for outdoor unit of VRV System of any size/description including taking down unserviceable.

Material & Labour for taking down unserviceable burn Electric exhaust (Condensor) fan Motor of any type and size capacity from VRV outdoor unit for replacement of unserviceable bearing, and rewinding/servicing of motor, reassemble after repair / servicing reinstall on existing location with proper fitting and testing after completion of work as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Mother Board PCB for outdoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Expansion Valve assembly for outdoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Return Air Sensor for indoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Drain Pump for indoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing of suitable Bearing for AHU of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Expansion Valve for AHU of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable PCB for indoor unit cassette type of VRV System with remote of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Connector for elctric cable/wire for VRV System of any description including taking down unserviceable.

Prevantive maintenance and cleaning of All filters (Pre AIR Filters and Honeycomb filters) by use of liquid soap solution/detergent powder including minor replacement of defective parts of Air cooling plants- 20 Nos. electrically operated installed at various location in MH complete all as specified and directed of the (i) Air cooling plant 4000 cfm = 01 Nos (ii) Air cooling plant 5000 cfm = 02 Nos (iii) Air cooling plant 6000 cfm = 01 Nos (iv) Air cooling plant 7000 cfm = 02 Nos (v) Air cooling plant 8000 cfm = 05 Nos (vi) Air cooling plant 9000 cfm = 01 Nos (vii) Air cooling plant 10000 cfm = 03 Nos (viii) Air cooling plant 12000 cfm = 01 Nos (ix) Air cooling plant 14000 cfm = 02 Nos (x) Air cooling plant 16000 cfm = 01 Nos (xi) Air cooling plant 28000 cfm = 01 Nos Note:- Servicing of Air cooling system will be carried out in every months as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing V-belt any size ISI mark including taking down unserviceable Make :- fanner/goodwill/Supreme.

Supply and fix in proper alignment Blower Shaft S/S with suitable ball bearing complete assembly as approved and suitable For Air blower of any capacity for Air cooling system unit as per Description in Item no 21. Complete all as specified and directed upto satisfactory including taking down.

Material & Labour for taking down unserviceable Electric Motor of 5.5/3.7 KW 4-Pole 3-Phase capacity from foundation of air cooling unit by removing the blower Housing for replacement of unserviceable bearing and rewinding / servicing of motor, reassemble after repair / servicing and reinstall at existing location with proper Alingment and testing after completion of work as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto as per item no 24 but for Electric motor of 2.2/1.5 KW 4-Pole 3-Phase capacity

Supply and fix Ball bearing set suitable for Air Cooling blower rotor shaft / motor of any description as approved for Air blower/motor of any capacity for Air cooling system unit as per Description in Item no 21. Complete all as specified and directed including taking down.

Supply and fixing balanced Pully of suitable size 125X2A /118X2A (Dia mm) for capacity 5.5 KW Electric motor installed in Air cooler unit of different capacity (CFM) including taking down unserviceable. Note :- After fixing of the pully alingment will be chacked upto satisfactory properly as per directed by Engr-in-Charge

Ditto as per item no 27 but size of 109X2A /112X2A /115x2A (dia mm) for 3.7KW Electric motor

Supply and fixing balanced Pully of suitable size 400X2A /375X2A/335X2A (Dia mm) for capacity 16000/14000/12000 CFM Blower Fan installed in different Air cooler unit including taking down unserviceable. Note :- After fixing of the pully alingment will be chacked upto satisfactory properly as per directed by Engr-in-Charge

Ditto as per item 30 but for size of 265X2A/236X2A/224X2A for 10000/ 9000/ 8000 CFM blower

Ditto as per item 30 but for size of 190X2A/150X1A for 6000/5000/4000 CFM blower

M&L for unbalance fan blower shaft and electric motor pully and blower fan pully by checking of proper alignment make it aling by adjusting position and including minor replacement parts i.e. nut- bolts, washers, welding work and antivibrating pads of electric motor and fan pully as per dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Base frame (with anti vibration pads) of any size and description as per required existing size on ground for Electric motor of Air Cooler. Note : - Base frame should match as par existing unserviceable frame and should be fitted in proper location by matching the alingment of system with blower fan upto satisfacory condition as per directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for taking down unserviceable water pump set 0.5/1 HP capacity from foundation dismantling pump motor for servicing/ replacement of unserviceable bearing, gland bush and rewinding of motor reassembling after repair/servicing reinstall on existing location & testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal Gate Valve 20 mm for water control for Air Cooler unit including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing gun metal Gate Valve 25 mm for water control for Air Cooler unit including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing gun metal Gate Valve 50 mm for water control for Air Cooler unit including taking down unserviceable.

M & L for PVC ball valve, 20mm dia, high pressure with polythene float and fly nuts complete screwed/fixed to pipes/ferrules including taking down unserviceable.

M & L for PVC ball valve, 25mm dia, high pressure with polythene float and fly nuts complete screwed/fixed to pipes/ferrules including taking down unserviceable.

Supply ,fixing And testing of Blower Assambly with complete set like Shaft,Bearing Housing and Blower fitted in GI Sheet Housing on angle iron frame Complete etc Make -ZECO all as directed by Engr-In-Charge including taking down unserviceable suitable for central Air cooling system for following Description (from 37.01 to 37.05) :-

(a) Suitable for Air cooling System 4000 CFM St. Pressure 40 MMWG FAN Blower Model -FWD-15*15 Inch Make :- Zeco.

(b) Air cooling System 5000 to 8000 CFM FAN Blower Model - FWD 18*18Inch or FWD-450 St. Pressure 40 MMWG Make :- Zeco.

(c) Air cooling System 10000/9000 CFM St. Pressure 40 MMWG FAN Blower Model :- FWD-500

M&L 13 mm thick Nitriel rubber insulation with glass cloth and UB paint for xpose duct including taking down unserviceable as per dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for filter Honey Bee Pad for air cooling system installed various location at New MH as per existing including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Complete Canvas Clothes (Zip arrangement) with S/S body frame of suitable size of any description as per existing and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, Installation in replacement of Galvanised Sheet of 24 Guage FABRICATED DUCT with complete nitrile rubber insulation as per directed at any where in MH and other required T&P with Connectors, GI Flanges, turning vanes, with proper duct sealing etc with RTV duct Sealant, Complete with supports as per the specifications and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Refixing of existing Air Cooling unit of any capacity to new location with necessary PCC platform , water supply, pipe connection, electric connection and connecting to existing duct by addition/alteration as per directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- New ducting required for modification will paid seperatly. 2. All waste material to be removed from terrace and it should be neat and clean after completion of work.

Shifting of old unserviceable motor / equipment of Air cooling system using manpower or Crane properly at MH main bldg terrace to EM yard. Note : If any damage got occur at MH main bldg terrace contractor will fully responsible to recover.

Note : 1. Rates for Cleaning / Servicing of Indoor Cassate units of VRV / AHUs / Air cooling Duct at Covid wards all incuded in quoted rates only. 2. Necessary safety precautions protocal as per MH Guidelines shall be followed. 3. Necessary safety gears like sanitizer, Mask, Gloves, PPE Kits etc shall also be required to be used. The cost of same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates by the contrctor. Nothing extra on account of any misunderstanding shall be admissible to contractor. 4. All safety measures will be provided by contractor during the working period. If any accident occurs, then the contractor will be solely responsible.
