Providing and laying insitu five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic polypropylene)modified polymetic memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg.per Sqm. 2nd and 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 Kg./Sqm. which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85 /25 confirming to IS 702, 3rd layer of roofing memberane APP modified polymeric membrane 2.0mm thick of 3.00 Kg. /Sqm. weight consisting of five layers perfabricated with centre core of 100 Micron HMHDPE fild standwiched on both sides with with polymneric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 Miron HMHDPE film 5th the top most layer shal be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with Cement mortar 1:3(1cment:3 fine sandsand mixed with 2 % integral water proofing compound by weight cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3(1cment:3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately)

Providing and laying spartic ceramic tiles 5.5mm thick in flooring (300x300mm size treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement;3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement and matching pigments etc. complete .

Size of tile 300x300mm Sqm.

Tile work in skirting risers of steps and dado upto 2m height over 12 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3 corase sand and jointed with greay cement slury @ 3.3 Kg/Sqm. Including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentaling of wood work such as doors windows clerestorywindows and ventilators inluding Chowkhats arhitraves hold fast and other attachment etc. complete and stacking complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50m2 and under and 10 to 15mm thickness including shttting the patch in in proper shape and replasterng the surface of the wall including surface ceaning watering removal of loose materiala chipping etc. including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to all leads,lifts and carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Provindg wood work in frames of doors,windows clerestory windows and other frames wought framed and fixed in position of 2nd class Tunn wood complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty or any adhesive and nails including removal of broken glass panes where ever necessary plain glass (3mm thick) complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood & wood based surfacees after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreigen matter with ready mixed paint brushing steel primer pink. Complete in all respet and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat on new steel and Steel based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade i.c. cleaning the surfcae of dirt , dust and other foreigen matter sand papering and stoping complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Removing of dry oil bound distemper by washing and scrapping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches complete inall respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismtempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture two coats and of required shade on decorated wallsurface to give an even shade complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed windows upto 1.50m, in hieght dimension confiring of uPVC Multi chambered frame with in built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinfored with 1.60x0.2mm thick galvanised mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (Shape & size according to uPVC profile) appropriate dimension s of uPVC extruted glazing beds & uPVC extruted interlocks EPOM gasket wool pile zinc aloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 Kg.) G.I.fasteners 100x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc.profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners including drilling of holes or fixing hardwares and drainage of water etc. after fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon selent over backer rod of required size & of approved quality all complete as per approved drawing & directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (Single /double glass panel wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately. Three track three panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 116x45mm & sash 46x62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3x0.2mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimensions (area of window above 1.75 Sqm.

Applying Birla wqhite wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops dust loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in allrespect and as per directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
