CONTENGENCIES /T&P

Hiring of Vehicle (Scorpio/Bolero/Innova/Tavera or equivalent) to be used by the Engineer Incharge for supervision of the project including Fuel/Toll Tax/ Driver/ any other maintenace charges of the vehicle. The max. Kms to be driven per day is 120 Km. In case the vehicle is utilized less than 120 km on any given day, the payment shall be subject to deduction on account of actual fuel savings. Such deduction shall be worked out proportionately based on the approved mileage (km per litre) of the vehicle and the prevailing fuel rate.

Supply of heavy-duty petrol engine–operated power saw suitable for cutting wood complete with standard accessories, safety guards, robust base, and precision cutting arrangement, equipped with petrol engine of not less than 52 CC capacity, with 18–20 inch guide bar and chain, of approved make and quality, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of ISI-marked Safety Helmet made of high-quality, impact-resistant HDPE/ABS material, equipped with adjustable headband, chin strap, ventilation system, and sweat-absorbent inner lining, conforming to IS:2925 standards, of approved make and colour, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of ISI-marked Safety Belt / Full Body Harness made of high-strength polyester webbing with adjustable shoulder and thigh straps, equipped with double lanyard, shock absorber, and forged steel snap hooks, conforming to IS:3521 standards, of approved make and quality, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of ISI-marked industrial Safety Shoes made of genuine leather with steel toe cap, oil/acid/slip resistant PU sole, shock-absorbing heel, and padded ankle support, conforming to IS:15298 (Part 2) standards, of approved make, size, and quality, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of Electrical Rubber Insulating Gloves suitable for working up to 33 kV, made of high-dielectric natural rubber, seamless, ergonomically designed, conforming to IS:4770 / IEC 60903 standards, duly tested and certified, complete with manufacturer’s test certificate, of approved make and quality, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of Earthing Discharge Rod suitable for safely discharging high-voltage lines/equipment up to 33 kV, made of high-quality epoxy/fiberglass insulating rod with metallic clamp, complete with 16 sqmm multi-strand copper earthing cable of adequate length and earthing terminal, conforming to relevant IS/IEC standards, complete with carrying case, of approved make and quality, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of High Voltage Detector suitable for outdoor/indoor use, capable of detecting multiple voltage levels ranging from 3.3 kV to 33 kV (or higher as specified), provided with clear audible and visual indication, telescopic epoxy/fiberglass insulating rod, battery-operated electronic circuit, and complete with carrying case, conforming to relevant IS/IEC standards, of approved make and quality, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of waterproof Rain Coat made of high-quality PVC/Nylon fabric with heat-sealed seams, full sleeves, adjustable hood with drawstring, front zipper with flap, and matching waterproof trousers, complete with carrying pouch, of approved make, size, and quality, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of heavy-duty Aluminium Extension Ladder of size 2 × 20 feet (two-section), fabricated from high-tensile aluminium ‘C’ section, with minimum 3 mm wall thickness, complete with rope and pulley arrangement for smooth extension, anti-skid steps, rubber shoes at the base, and safety locking arrangement, of approved make and quality, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of heavy-duty Telescopic Aluminium Ladder of maximum extended height 18 ft, made of high-tensile aluminium alloy sections with minimum 3 mm wall thickness, equipped with slip-resistant steps, rubber shoes at the base, safety locking mechanism at each stage, lightweight and portable design, conforming to IS standards, of approved make and quality, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge
