Providing and constructing septic tank of approximate size 3.36 m x 1.36 m x 1.50 m deep with three

internal compartments as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including excavation for

foundation up to required depth, disposal / stacking of excavated material, refilling around structure with

available excavated earth in layers with watering and ramming, and carting away surplus earth up to

specified lead. The work shall include providing and laying 150 mm thick cement concrete bed in 1:3:6

proportion, construction of side walls in conventional brick masonry in cement mortar 1:5, internal

partition / baffle walls in brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4, providing proper inlet and outlet openings

and flow arrangement, 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on internal and exposed

surfaces, and providing 125 mm thick RCC top slab in M-25 grade concrete with required reinforcement

steel, centering, shuttering, curing and finishing complete. The item shall include all materials, labour,

tools, tackles, scaffolding, curing, joint sealing, inlet-outlet pipe connection, cleaning and completion of

septic tank in all respects as per specification and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

PROPOSE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SHED FOR RTS STATION & ELECTRIFICATION

Design, Geotechnical Investigation, SBC Determination, Supply, Fabrication,

Transportation, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB)

Structure Shed of Size 30.00 m × 30.00 m having minimum 9.00 m clear height*,

including detailed structural design and approval from Engineer-in-Charge, complete

RCC foundation, pedestals, anchor bolts, grouting, reinforcement steel, excavation, PCC,

backfilling and all civil works. The work shall include structural steel conforming to IS

2062 Grade E250 or higher with built-up columns and rafters (minimum flange thickness

10 mm and web thickness 6 mm), purlins and girts of minimum 200 mm depth and

mm thickness, eave struts, bracings, base plates, anchor bolts, connection plates and all

accessories complete. The item shall include providing and fixing colour-coated

Galvalume/GI roofing sheets and wall cladding sheets of minimum 0.50 mm BMT

thickness including ridge, flashing, gutters, down-take pipes, turbo ventilators,

translucent sheets, fasteners and weatherproof accessories complete. The work shall

further include complete internal and external electrification with industrial LED high-

bay lights, flood lights, wiring, cable trays, conduits, switchboards, LT panel, distribution

boards, MCB/MCCB protection system, earthing, lightning arrestor, surge protection

system and complete 3-phase electrical power distribution network suitable for

operation of Refuse Transfer Station (RTS), Material Recovery Facility (MRF),

compactors, balers, conveyors and other heavy-duty machinery. The design and

construction shall conform to IS 800, IS 875 (Part-I to V), IS 1893, IS 2062, IS 456, IS

1786, NBC and relevant BIS standards. Complete in all respects including all labour,

materials, machinery, transportation, testing, commissioning, statutory approvals and

handing over as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
