EARTH WORK : - Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to all thickness measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to all leads and lifts outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cutting in earth work all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth up-to all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft / hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

FORM WORK :- Providing From work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering structting and propping etc with wooden battens and balies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to celling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in: (i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

(ii) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts etc. complete complete.

(iii) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform complete.

(iv) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

(v) Retaining walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

(vi) Stair cases with sloping or stepped of soffits excluding landing etc.

CEMENT CONCRETE : - Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including carraige of materials up to all lead and lifts excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including carraige of materials up to all lead and lifts excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1.4.8 (1 cement 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete including carraige of materials up to all lead and lifts excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including carriage of materials and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level.

Tor steel including binding wire and carriage up-to all lead and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

BRICK WORK : - Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. First Class Bricks (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes including carraige up to all leads and lifts in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. First Class Bricks (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level including carraige up to all leads and lifts in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

STONE WORK : - Stone work on plain Ashlar Cyclopean in superstructure upto floor V level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including centring shuttering and pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 sand) including carraige up to all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone soling properely hand packed filling interstics with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requisit gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour). including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

ALUMINIUM WORK :- Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws etc including carriage up to all leads and lifts, complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. including carriage up to all leads and lifts complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. including carriage up to all leads and lifts complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete. With 12 mm alumimium U beading , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

DOOR/ WINDOW FITTINGS : - Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc.with stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness including carraige complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including carriage complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts complete.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm (Six milimeter) thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862 , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK : - Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including carriage up to all leads and lifts complete.

(b) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works including carriage up to all leads and lifts complete.

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm dia welded in straight lenght over M.S. flat at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & balusters of railings shall be mesaured & paid separetely.

ROOFING WORK : - Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA Durashine in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm over all with 0.45mm thick prepainted steel sheets of TATA DURASHINE in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating+ back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6 mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing valley 90 cm overall 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing flushing 38cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Applying Birla/ Asian white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete up-to all lead and lifts

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Readymixed primer up-to all lead and lifts

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 Sqm complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete. With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with readymixed paint acid resisting brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..

WATER SUPPLY & SANITARY FITTINGS :- Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b)Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry) complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
