Provision of Milk Stall at Alipurduar jn. Railway Station on PF-1

Turnover of the bidder for the last three financial years viz. 2023- 24,2024-25 and 2025-26 from sale of Milk and Milk products. (Please enclose a statement duly certifiedby a Chartered Accountant as per Annexure-5)

Income Tax Returns/Bank Statements of the bidder for the last three financial years viz. 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 (Please enclose a statement duly certified by Chartered Accountant)

The bid must be accompanied by Earnest Money which shall be paid online through IREPS Portal and acknowledgement slip of payment must be attached with offer / bid. Tender unaccompanied with requisite earnest money shall under no circumstances be entertained and shall be summarily rejected.

The successful bidder has to provide a Security Deposit@ 10% (ten percent) of the Total License Fee for the entire duration of the License, within 15 (fifteen) days on receipt of LOA. The security Deposit is refunded after Successful completion of entire contract period i.e. for five years.

A. Apex dairy cooperative societies approved by Government, B. Dairy Co-Operative Federations/Members of National Co-Operative Dairy Federation of India Limited (NCDFI) and/or developed under the aegis of Operation Flood Programme,C. Bodies/Agencies registered/ certified by FSSAI for sale of Milk and Milk products.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sale of Milk and Milk products to be supported by turnover (Income Tax Return/Bank Statement)in that business for the last three years duly certified by Chartered Accountant. The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles of Association / Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement.

Affidavit that the bidder is solvent as per Annexure-4 (Mandatory)

All the bidders / tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and registration of GST uploaded. The GST on the license fee as applicable on the Licence Fee, shall be payable by the successful bidder/licensee to the Railways under the Forward Charge Mechanism.
