Supply & installation of Energy efficient 5 Star rated 1200 mm size BLDC ceiling fan complete with 30cm down rod, canopies, hanging shackle, blades, suitable for 230 volts, 50 HZ, A.C. supply as required. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

Supply & installation of 300mm heavy duty exhaust fan with minimum 1400 RPM & suitable for 230/240 volts, 50 hz, single phase A.C. supply with all accessories including louvers, shutters, etc. as required. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

Supply & installation Wall bracket fan of 400 mm sweep, 1350 RPM suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz A.C. supply complete with pull cord control for speed & oscillation on & off, copper wound motor, double ball bearing, blades, outer cage for protection, capacitor etc. complete as required. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

Supply & installation of Pedestal Fan of 400 mm sweep, 1350 RPM suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz A.C. supply complete as required. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

Supply & installation of automatic stainless steel hand dryers with powder coated metal body with touch free infra red activation suitable for ooperation on 230 volt, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply with automatic operation along with sensor, timer control, over load protection etc. complete as required. Similar to (Make:- Euronics, Model :EH27ON)

SITC of Electically Operated Lifting/ Boom Barrier 6 Meter length suitable to work on Three / Single phase 415/230 volts +/- 5%, 50 Hz AC supply consisting of Boom Barrier Automatic, PLC based, Control panel, including individual switching operation in local and remote location (as per drawing) of one or two section logic circuit, earthing, civil foundation including excavation of existing PQC/Bitumen road (at required depth as per site condition) and making good alter installation etc complete as required and supplying and laying of GI pipes for power and control cable alter as required, power and control cable i/c and terminations, earthing (each up to 100 Mtr) etc as required for complete as per enclosed technical specifications.

SH-B (Decoration of Terminal Building & External Area Surat Airport)

Provision of temporarey Ligting Decoration of Integrated Terminal Building & its approach road, car park area, main entry gate, surrounding plants and greenery by supply, fixing, testning and commisioning of following ligting decoration items on completely hiring basis at Surat Airport as and when required and as per the instructions of E-I-C. 1) 3 Watt x 54 RGBW LED Parcan light with stand/mounting arrangment ..200 Nos. 2) Waterproof Pixcel LED lights of 40 Feet lenght, gap between the lamp should not be more then 4 inch-1500 Nos. 3) Serial String LED Light as per location- 1000 Nos. Note 1. The above mentioned quantities are minimum just for a guidance if more fitings are required for the complete decoration of said sites, the same shall be provided by the agency without any extra cost to AAl 2. Duration of work is (03) Three Days for 1 Job of unit

SH-C (Supply of Light fixtures etc.)

Supply of following LED fixture suitable for indoor applications with heat sink, driver & all accessories etc as required operating on 160 -270 volts & 50 Hz, CCT 5700K+ 300K(minimum), CRI>80% & IP 20 (minimum) for complete fixture as per technical specifications. Driver shall be with THD less than 10% & Constant Current Constant Voltage(CCCV) and power factor greater than 0.95.

2 x 2 feet size, 34W (Maximum system wattage) flat panel recess mounting luminaire having diffused optics with white powder coated CRCA /Aluminium housing giving minimum system output of 3230 lumens.(Make:-As per AAI approved make).

4 x 1 feet size, 40W (Maximum system wattage) Extruded Aluminium batten for continuous operation and suitable for Surface, Wall & Conduit mounting (with accessories). (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

40W (Maximum system wattage) surface/ pendant mounted totally enclosed (IP65) LED luminaire including SS mounting clips/rope as required having diffused optics with scratch resistant unbreakable polycarbonate housing giving minimum lumen output of 3800 Lumens. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

SITC of LED Inground Light with a minimum system lumen of 3600 Lm and system wattage not exceeding 36W(+10%) with a nominal efficiency >= 100 lumen/watt. CCT of 3000K with SDCM of < 5 and CRI : 70. The housing should be of stainless steel ring housing. Lifetime of 50K hours @L70. The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 67 with an IK rating of 10. Beam angle should be in between 15-25 degree. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

SITC of 5 mtr LED STRIP LIGHT,4.5W or any other equivallent reputed make ISI marked as approved) with all accessories incluiding connection with 1.5sq mm cable etc. as required. including supply & transportation of materials etc all complete as per the instruction of the E-I-C. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

Supply & Fixing of 20W flood light yellow fixture complete with mounting arrangement all required and as specified. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

Supply & Fixing of 50W flood light white, 6500k, 5000 lumen suitable for outdoor with IP66, complete with mounting arrangement all required and as specified. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

Supply & Fixing of 18W / 20W 3000k LED Ceiling/ Wall mounted spot black track light for indoor ceiling focus light with flexible rotatable complete with electronic driver along with track as per site requirement and as specified. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

SH-D (Provision of Air-conditioners in New Terminal Building and other locations. )

Supply of following type and capacity AC unit, DC inverter, 3 Phase, having outdoor unit with scroll / rotary compressors with eco-friendly refrigerant, LED Display, with remote control and with auto restart, independent dehumidification, air flow direction control, low voltage start up & suitable to operate on 415 V (+/- 10%), 50Hz, 3 phase power supply etc. complete with all standard accessories etc. as required. (Make:-As per AAI approved make).

SH-E (Provision of signages new extension of Terminal Building Surat Airport)

> Direction Sign (Ceiling Hung) Providing and fixing of illuminated signages i/c addition, altration as per drawing/ site requirement complete with hanging arrangement all as required and as specified and as per the instructions of Engineer-In-Charge. > Sign Face Graphics - Plotter cut Blockout vinyl Pantone Black 6C, vinyl for text Pantone Yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics, pasted over 5mm thick White translucent 040 acrylic. > Sign Frame 50mm wide aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to recieve the sign face. The panel should be made easily openable for maintainance. Celing Suspender 25mm S S Square Sections. > LED Lighting All internal illumination shall be using Power LED strip edge Lights with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots. Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nutinserts, screws, rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing.

> Exterior Signages Providing and fixing Non-illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. All exterior signs should be manufatured considering harsh outdoor conditions, weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used.>> > Sign Face Providing and fixing sign face panels 3 mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed to sign structure. White retro-reflective vinyl pasted over edge to edge aluminium sheet. Graphics in plotter cut red Pantone 485C and black Pantone 6C exterior grade opaque vinyl pasted over white retroreflective vinyl. > Sign Structure MS square post 50x50, hotdipped galvanised and powder coated to match RAL 9006 grouted in ground. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together. > Foundation Providing and laying foundation for the sign including its compaction and all activities like Excavation, PCC base layer, providing and fixing in position electrical connection wherever applicable and finished as per drawing. SH-F (HVLS FAN in Canopy area)

Supply of Factory Built, UL and CE certified Ceiling Mounted High Volume Low Speed fan (HVLS) having 12' feet sweep, suitable for operation on 230 Volt, 50 Hz power supply, having 5 no. of blades made of light weight zinc coated steel and surrounded by injection mould fibre filled polypropylene of approved colour, varying blade angle from 6° to 14° along the lenghth of the blade, universal mounting system allowing for the fan to be located on any sloped (0-18.5°) ceilings with a complete 360° swivel, Fan speed range 0-120 rpm including gearless drive, suitable length Extension mount (Down Rod),brackets, suitable fasteners, safety ring & clips (6mm galvanized steel), supports as per site requirement, Supports and other exposed parts are to be painted to match the existing finish as per technical specification etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) Fans along with fan motor, Extension Mount (down rod)suitable as per site requirements, operating control panel with digital HMI display, control cord and power cord from Fan to Nearest DB etc. and all other associated components for safety and mounting arrangements including welding, drilling, providing staging, ladders, scaffoldings as per site requirements & specification etc. complete as required.

SH-G (FABRICATION ITEM)

Supply, fabrication and installation of MS structure ,catwalks, platforms made of channels, hollow pipe section, plates, angles, chequrred plates, etc. as per site requirement and as per Instruction of E-I-C.

SH-H (DSR ITEMS)

Execution of Complete items of CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2022. [Up to a Ceiling limit of Rs.15,00,000 without GST]. The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the approved make list of AAI, as enclosed with the tender document. as per site requirement & as per instruction by EIC. (The bidder should quote the rate as percentage Excess or Less to an amount of Rs.15,00,000/-)
