Supply fabrication and install 2500Amps LT TPN Indoor type Aluminium Bus Duct of Size 800mmX400mm made with 14/16SWG CRMS sheet dually powder coated and supporting with SMC Supports The bus bar shall be EC Grade ie RYBN= 100X12mm Aluminiu EC Grade -03 Runs GI/Flat strip of size 50X6mm along with Earth 02 Runs GI Flat /Strip of size 50X6mm including nuts bolts and supporting accessories complete all as directed.

Supply fabrication and install 2500Amps LT TPN Indoor type copper flexible bus bar of 99.9%High conductivity copper RYBN OF size 100X10mm -02 Runs with brassing ,tinning complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel earth strips of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion all as directed. Note:- The unit rate quoted shall be include for necessary excavation and earth work , earth strip connected to test point max 7 mtr as per site requirement, PCC 1:3:6 type for earth pit , CI cover, funnel with wire mesh including GI medium grade watering pipe 15mm bore & 40 mm dia for supporting of earth strip.
