Providing and fixing 12 mm thick fremless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manfacture, including providing and fixingtop & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holds etc.for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and fixing brite finished 100 mm mortic latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing shower penel and pressure pump of 0.5 HP of quality & make as approved by engineer in charge.

Provision of sub main from distributing room to room no 3&4 with 2.5 sqmm wire and 1 sqmm earthing wire.

Providing and fixing PVC false ceiling of approved texture complete in all respect as per directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing PVC wall penneling of approved texture complete in all respect as per directed by engineer in charge.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (mudium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS:3037 marked with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination grade1. Type II exterior grade IS:12823 marked in shelves with screws and fittingswherever required edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fitting to be paid separately).18mm thick

Providing and fixing megnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / wardrobe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc.complete double strip (horizontal type)

Providing and fixing brite finished brass tower bolts(barrel type) with necessary screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing aluminum die cast bodytubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI,IS : 3564 embossed on the body door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm),with necessary accessories and screws etc complete.

Providing and laying integral waterproofing treatment to the RCC shructure like retaining wall of the basement water tanks,roof slabs etc, by using waterproofing compound radymade as per the instruction of manufacturer and as per the direction of ingineer in charge.

Providing and fixing PVC blindes on windows of bathroom of set no 1,2,3&4 complete in all respect as per direction of eingneer in charge.

Supplying mettress (6x6x5") of approved quality as per specified by engineer in charge.
