Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 to 22.4 mm to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with smoth wheel roller 80-100 K.N. in stages to proper grade and cambrer, applying and brooming with application of crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum (Zero point twenty two cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the intersitices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading -III size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributer and spraying at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilograme) per square metre ( per one square meter ) using mechanical means of road surface as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kgs. (Zero decimal two seven five kilogrammes) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause-503, including hauling of material in all leads lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax sale tax and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of Type-A 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimeter) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cubic metre (Zero point two seven cubic metre) per 10 sqmt (ten square metre) premixed with Bitumen binder (Viscosity grade- ten) at the rate 14.6 Kilograme (fourteen point six kilograme) per ten square metre of road surface to the required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant of 30/40 (Thirty / Forty) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-Hundred) KN static road roller Capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by a seal coat of type-B complete as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 508 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat but including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 premixed with 6.8 kg (six point eight kilogram) Bitumen VG-10(VG-Ten) with 0.06 (Zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. (Ten square metre ) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 (eight to ten capacity) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material labour and equipment required to octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax of other imposed by the Government.
