Operation and maintenance of 10 MLD capacity water treatment plant with rapid gravity filteration process including raw water drawal from the river godavari and treating the water as per standards given in CPHEEO manual for the quality of water and pumping to the ELSRs at seethampeta and Sarangadhara Metta total 5 Nos. of ELSRs and drawal to Ratnampeta and intermediate sump in 2 fillings aggregating to 10 MLD of treated water including all consumables and cost of disinfection with liquid or chlorine gas testing the raw water, treated water, maintaining registers and log books and including all filter bed Operators, Chemists, Electricians, Pump Operators, Watchman for watch and ward to work in 3 shifts per day and as per the instructions time to time given by the Engineers of Municipal Corporation, Rajamahendravaram with the following terms & conditions for a period of one year from the date of assigning the job through aggrement/L.O.A. 1) The bidder has to appoint skilled persons with desired technical qualification and to appoint and provide operating staff on 24x7 basis in all the 3 shifts. They have to be provided EPF & ESI as per factories act./ prevaling labour Act. 2) The bidder has to keep all chemicals and consumables required for conducting necessary tests. For maintaining the standards as per CPHEEO and get the clear water checked with I P M authorities periodically twice in a month. 3) The bidder has to operate and maintain the pumpsets both raw water, clear water, back wash, bridge operating motors, clearifier, alum or PAC dosing equipment etc., 4) The bidder should have experience in O&M of such plants of minimum 10 MLD capacity for a period of 1 year. 5) The bidder has to procure PAC/Alum etc., required for treating the raw water.

6) The bidder has to maintain the residual chlorine at reservoirs2 PPM so that the chlorine is available through out the contact period and till the water reaches the consumer. 7) The bidder sholud keep intact of all assets and equipment intact and necessary registers, log books are, to be placed before concerned department officers. 8) The bidder has to report the quality of water and quantity of water on daily basis through on line/ SMS to the concerned department officers. 9) The out put of 10 MLD of treated and disinfected water is to be pumped to in two shifts and all connected ELSRs are filled up by 5 AM & 5 PM (one hour before distibution). the Working Staff (a) Electrician / Mechanic -3 Nos (b) Pump house Operator-3 nos. (C) Fitter Bed operatiors - 3 Nos. (d) Watchmen - 2 Nos (e) Chemist- 3 nos. (f) Plant Incharge - 2 Nos. (g) Swimmer - 1 Nos Estimated Supply of chemicals for treating raw water and for disinfection for one year: a) PAC 70.20 Tons b) Chlorine 10.80 Tons (The Contractor shall make payment not less than the minimum wages to all the workers as per labour laws in force.) Micellaneous works: (a) Chemicals for testing the parameters, registers, bearing, gresssing etc., for maintaining the pumps and motors. Prescribed Maintenance ,Maintaining register etc., for one year. The Agency failed to Supply 10 MLD Propostinate recovery will be made in their running bill.
