Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (One isto three isto six) or richer mix (i/c quivalent design mix), including carriage of materials, complete upto dumping site in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty Centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m ( One point five meter) in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten Square meter) on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto all leads and lift upto 1.5 m, ( One point five meter ) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering :- All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (One Cement isto four coarse sand isto eight) graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement isto six coarse sand isto twelve graded stone aggregate twenty milimeter) nominal size upto plinth level with :- Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:2:4 (One cement isto two coarse sand isto four) graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding wire binding complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :- Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :- 1:4 (One cement isto four fine sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One milimeter) of approved brand and anufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, including all heights and leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (Eight milimeter) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm (Zero point sixty three milimeter) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m², including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm (Sixty centimeter) overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (Eight milimeter) dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm (Zero point sixty three milimeter) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m², including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and laying 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 (Thirty) grade of NTC, Modern, Nitco, or Gico make made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete , including all height leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
