Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 Cement :4 Sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 ½ :3 (1 Cement :1 ½ Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

i) In foundations ,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete work complete in all respects

ii) In Walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10meter thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation(level) upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects

iii) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, and girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete work and plain concrete work in :-

a) Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness )partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and like including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

b)Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

c) Edges of slab including all leads and lifts complete in all respects .

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including cost of binding wires and carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Prov. and fixing MS man hole cover of size 600 x 600 mm made up of 3.15 mm Thick plain MS sheet fixed in angle iron frame frame of 50x50x5mm supported with MS flat of 50x5mm at center of sheet including fising hold fast ,hinges and locking arrangement and lock of medium size etc complete in all respects.

Providing , laying and jointing in trenches GMS Tubes (Light class) tube fitting for inlet , out lets and over flow pipe including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Manufacturing and fixing fixing 1 metre high 100 dai GMS tube Vent pipe plugged at top including drilling minimum 30 hole of 8 mm dia in periphery of pipe for ventilation as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing C.I sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780-1984 class-1 (i/c bars spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II complete with bolts nuts, rubber insertion etc. (the tail piece if required shall be measured & paid for separately including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects. PN-1

Providing and fixing outlet chamber cover with angle and MS sheet 2 mm thick as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

providing and fixing Stainer for inlet of pipe at the outlet chamber/tank as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and testing of HDPE pipes in trenches to required grade as per IS :4984-1995 latest with up to date ammendments of following OD pipes ,material grade and class of pipes . The Jointing of Pipes should be done by way of butt fusion welding as per relevant IS code and specification including all fitting and accessories e.g. Coupling , TEE s,bends,reducers,screwed adopters,flanged tail pieces etc. complete in all respect.
