SCHEDULE `A' PART- I BUILDING WORK as under is prepriced by MES on SSR Pt-II (2020) and prepriced rates indicated under col. 5

Construction of Watch tower No. 1, 2, 5, 6 & 7 complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Construction of Watch tower No. 3 complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Construction of Watch tower No. 4 complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Construction of Septic tanks designed to carry sewage and sullage water for 10 users complete fall as specified and shown on drawings

Construction of Soakage well including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, walls of honey combed brick masonary with top ring of M25 (nominal mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4, RCC cover slab in M-25 cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.2 m dia x 3.0 m effective depth complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

SCHEDULE `A' PART - X MISC ITEMS as under is not prepriced by MES.

S&F LED Bulb 9 watt B-22 Base Type suitable for mounting in batten holders all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of high intensity, long range motorised resolving search light, LED of 1X200W back to back beam range 400mtr LED efficiency 140 lm/w, 0.95 PF flux 2000, colour temp 5000-6500 K optical grade PC lens, anti-UV oxidation narrow beam angle 8 degree, die casting aluminium body with excellent heat dissipation power coated working on 150-270 Vac, constant current, reflector lens efficiency is more than 90%, lugs levels at 5 m away is 8000 lugs with circle of 1 m IP65 conforming to LM80/LM79 and photometry. The search light would be provision to installed on motorized revolving stand which enabling roatate the lumary easily from watch tower through wired remote control panel for 360 degree contineously in 1-10 RPR horizontal plane with speed control, R/F & auto/mannual mode, vertical tilt able for 45 degree. The whole rev, mech is suitable to fix over watch tower roof top and covered by FRP Box for weather & rust proof.

Supply and fixing and testing LT feeder pillar outdoor type factory made of cubical type of size 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.6 m suitable for single phase two wire 230 volt 50 Hz AC supply system having busbar chamber with insulated aluminium busbar 200 Amp rating installed on porcelain insulators panels shall be dust and vermin proof IP 65 class protection powder coated made out of 3.15mm thick CRC sheet with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50x 50x6mm duly grouting in PCC works.

M&L for earthing complete for Bldg with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit point not less than 2.25 metres below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00mm dia by means of nuts bolts, thimbles,chuck nuts,washer of GI or steel, PCC (concreate chamber of size 300mm x 300mm x300mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, funnel with wire mesh, 80mm thick PCC pit cover 320mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR part-I (2009) and specified including provn of earth wire protected by 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.
