Providing, laying and fitting of 1.1 KV, 120 mm2 , 3.5 core Aluminum XLPE insulated armoured cable of reputed make from substation to MCCB with each terminal of cable duly thimbled, crimped and properly insulated using heat shrink sleeves and suitable sized Al thimbles. The cable is to be laid underground in PVC pipe by way of earth excavation using manual labour and then refilling of trench after laying of cable.

Shifting of 100 KVA HT transformer from the dilapidated sub-station to newly created substation. The job also includes P/f of transformer belt (clamped).

Providing and fitting of 7.5 HP DOL starter of L&T/Bentex/Kilburn make.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 80HP (L&T/Bentex/Kilburn make). OISD Starter, mechanically operated, working on 450±10% AC voltage supply, 50HZ, working on star delta principle. The starter shall be fitted with heavy duty copper bush rods 6 nos. 3 for incoming and 3 no’s for outgoing, and auto tripping system. The starter shall be fitted with heavy duty copper points, both moving and fixed. The complete assembly shall be housed in a suitable container fabricated out of 14 gauge MS sheet with easy inspection cover. The starter shall be first filled with starter oil (upto required level) of high grade and low viscosity. The starter shall be mounted with nuts and bolts for proper fixing on panel board and tested on full load at site.
