5.CEMENT: Make use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.
6.RCC: (Assessment of strength of concrete by Cube testing at Approved Govt labs as per IS) Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.
7.STEEL REINFORCEMENT: Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference
