Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering plaster in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, Ist coat 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 and 2nd coat 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed. Make: Dr Fixit URP 300 or as specified in list of makes of particular specifications.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer.

Disconnecting existing tanks, 1000 ltrs capacity setting aside (or lowering if directed for preparation of roof surface for water proofing treatment) and hoisting (if required), reconnecting and re-fixing in position duly cleaned from inside & outside with using necessary chemical after completion of water proofing treatment.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 20mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 25mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old, connection in walls, ceiling, floors etc of 20mm bore size including new fittings. Note :- Old serviciable pipe obtained from taking down undre item No 9 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old, connection in walls, ceiling, floors etc of 25mm bore size including new fittings. Note :- Old serviciable pipe obtained from taking down undre item No 9 shall be reused.

S&F 25mm bore galvanised mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as directed.

S&F 20mm bore galvanised mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment including PCC tiles, plaster and concrete padding, roughening of concrete surface, cleaning and washing down the surface with water and removing debris/rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for 50 mm avg thick PCC padding in type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions finished surface even and fair without using extra cement for laying of WPT all as specified and directed. Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on roof in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over PCC surface for laying APP membrane on roof. Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs over plastered surface by applying one coat of approved bituminious/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Ltrs/Sqm, over primed surface appling 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane of weight not less tthan 3 kg/sqm with non-woven polyester reinforcement with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps, joints & overlaps shall be sealed and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: The all materials used for water Proofing treatment shall be of the same manufacturer and to be applied by authorized applicator of OEM.

M & L for preparation of surface & appling brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm.

S&F in repairs 25mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion/ crumple joints of roof slab.

Taking down PVC/CI pipe of any pattern size including all fittings etc. and cleaning for refixing or removal outside MD land

S&F 110mm dia PVC SWR pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessary clamp.

S&F 110mm dia PVC SWR bend with oval access door

S&F 110mm dia PVC SWR bend without oval access door

S&F in repairs gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 25mm dia of bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 ltrs rotational moulded triple layered, polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling/disconnecting water tanks and removing from site all as directed.

S&F Ball brass valves, for 20 mm bore of pipe high pressure, with polythene float and fly- nut complate, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed. Note:- This item shall be incorporated under item No 24.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

M&L preparation of new surfaces of steel and providing 2 coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer n.exc 10cm in girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework (caging) of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in tank staging complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 mix , type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in tank staging complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Treatment of roof cracks in existing roof surface by cutting out portion along the cracks with mechanical equipment into 'V' shape, cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, aggregates etc., apply the crack seal compound over existing cracks of roof as per manufacturer instructions or all as specified entire satisfication of GE/Engineer-in-Charge. Make: FOSROC/Dr Fixit/Pidilite or or as specified in list of makes of particular specifications.
