PROVIDING SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF 33/11 KV MRS AND AC PLANT AT IMA DEHRADUN

Providing services for manning and operation of 33/11 KV MRS round the clock & detect fault developed in HT OH line 33/11 KV in main receiving station(MRS) and 11 KV HT OH line complete IMA area & to keep the electrical installations including transformers in healthy condition, carrying out daily, weekly monthly and half yearly preventive maintenance as per specification/particulars specification, Indian Electricity rules, Engineering practices and as per manufacturer guide lines including complete with the following qualified technical staff along with proper tools, safety devices, search light, own conveyance and tools etc complete all as directed:-.

(A) OPERATIONAL STAFF for 33/11 KV MRS

Day Shift : From 0800 to 1600 hrs.

Evening Shift : From 1600 to 2400 hrs.

Night Shift : From 2400 to 0800 hrs.

Note:- (i) Each shift shall include 01 No electrician (Skilled Labour). (ii) Contractor shall organize the relieving duty in such a manner that one day weekly off is available to each skilled Electrician.

(B) MAINTENANCE STAFF At 33/11 KV MRS & 11 KV Sub Stn at south compus: Providing services for repair/rectification of fault developed in HT OH line 33/11 KV in main receiving station(MRS) and 11 KV Sub stn at South campus round the clock 11 KV HT OH line/UG cable complete in south campus including keeping proper day to day record of maintenance activities(to be maintain in log sheets) etc complete with the following qualified technical staff along with proper tools, safety devices, search light, own conveyance and tools etc complete all as directed:-.

Day Shift: From 0800 to 1600 hrs.

Evening Shift: From 1600 to 2400 hrs.

Night Shift: From 2400 to 0800 hrs.

Note:- (i) Each shift shall include 01 No electrician (Skilled Labour) and 01 No mate electrician (Semi silled labour).

(ii) Contractor shall organize the relieving duty in such a manner that one day weekly off is available to each skilled Electrician.

The MRS Comprising of following major equipment such as :

Power Transformer 2 MVA Capacity - 03 Nos

Power Transformer 3.15 MVA Capacity - 01 Nos

Service Transformer 25 KVA 33/0.433 kV - 01 No

HT VCB 33 KV - 06 Nos

HT VCB 11 KV - 15 Nos

Capacitor Panel 330 KVAR -01 No

Providing services for maintenance of 11 KV Sub Station at North campus round the clock for repair/ rectification of fault developed in 11 KV main receiving station at North Campus and 11 KV HT OH /UG cable including keeping proper day to day record of maintenance activities(to be maintain in log sheets) etc complete with the following qualified technical staff along with proper tools, safety devices, search light, own conveyance and tools etc complete all as directed:-.

MAINTENANCE STAFF At 11 KV North Campus:

Evening Shift : From 1600 to 2400 hrs.

Night Shift : From 2400 to 0800 hrs.

Note:- (i) Each shift shall include 01 No electrician (Skilled Labour) and 01 No mate electrician (Semi silled labour).

(ii)Contractor shall organize the relieving duty in such a manner that one day weekly off is available to each electrician/Mate Electrician.

(iii)The Sub Station Comprising of following major equipment such as :

(a) Transformer 630 KVA Capacity - 02 Nos

(b) HT VCB 11 KV - 04 Nos

Operational staff shall be same as that for 33/11 KV MRS considered under item No 1.00

Ist shift from 800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs shall be maintained department

Rate quoted for maintenance shall including minor repair and maintenance of MRS yard/11 KV Sub station with arboriculture and cleaning the complete MRS yard and other sub stations ie 35 Nos substation indoor/out door 11KV.

Rate quoted for item No.1.020 & 2.000 shall included preventive maintenance of all plants and equipment as mentioned in particular specification.

Rates includes own communication (Mobile) system 1 No. for SBA (switch board attendant), 1 No. for line party and 1 No. for supervisor.

Rate quoted includes conveyance for attending the electric break downs with in the complex area.

Rate quoted includes the Technical qualified experienced supervisor.

Penalty for absence from installation shall be at double rate quoted per shift.

Record of activities of the entire staff employed by the contractor shall be maintained by the contractor on daily basis in a separate register by the Engineer employed.

The staff employed under this item will be responsible to carry out the following jobs as and when required by the Engineer in charge.

(i) Minor repair and preventive maintenance required to ensure the serviceability and efficiency of complete MRS complex its outgoing feeders including supply of minor spares, Minor spares will be classified as those spares which are costing less then Rs 1000.00 per item.

(ii) ) Record of activities such as voltage/current/PF /Energy consumed/Temperature of transformers breakdowns day to day maintenance in the record book.

(iii) A printed log sheet shall be maintained for both incoming/outgoing feeders.

(iv) The contractor shall ensure that all safety Precautions are strictly exercised by the staff employed by him. Adherence to IE Rules and other statuary rules. The contractor shall be solely responsible for any mis happenings that occurs due to any fault of the employee or due to non adherence to the electrical safety norms.

(v) Duty staff employed by the contractor will attend the faults with in duty premises in 33/11 KV Substation of IMA Dehradun including outgoing feeders without additional financial effect.

(vi) Cleaning of MRS, installed VCB/Transformers as well as outside premises/MRS yard surrounding area as required daily/once a week by removing vegetation shrubs as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(vii) Cleaning of two/four pole structure area, cutting/trimming tree branches around 3.0 mtr from two/four pole structure, fencing area of transformers and sub station area as well as outside premises/surrounding area as required daily/once a week by removing vegetation shrubs as specified.

Providing services for manning and operation of central air conditioning plant installed at Khetrapal Auditorium at IMA Dehradun by deploying qualified/experienced Refrigeration Mechanics ITI passed with 04 years experience, for two shifts of 08 hrs daily (detail of shifts given below) and as required basis of IMA authorities for maintaining the required temperature and humidity throughout the running period including routine maintenance of complete air conditioning plant complete all as specified and directed. Details of operation :

First Shift :- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

Second Shift :- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

Note:- (i) Each shift shall include minimum 01 Nos Refridgerator mechanic (Skilled labour) . (ii) Contractor shall organize the relieving duty in such a manner that one day weekly off is available to each electrician/Mate Electrician.

Supply only the uniform as under:- (i) Dress includes (Summer - 02 Nos & Winter -02 Nos). Name of office on the backside of the shirt. Letter size not less than 3 ½”. (ii) Name plate over top of the left pocket. (iii) Cap/Head gear with name of the office. (iv) Shoes/gum boots & hand gloves. Note:- Each set shall mean 2 Nos for summer and 02 Nos for winter.
