Dehydration, hot filtration de sludging of transformer oil of any type / capacity of transformer at site including all arrangement of tools plants etc to achieve dielectric strength not less than 60 KV(rms) with 2.5 mm test gap all as confirming to IS : 335 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration, hot filtration de sludging of transformer oil of any type / capacity of transformer at site including all arrangement of tools plants etc to achieve dielectric strength not less than 40 KV(rms) with 2.5 mm testing gap complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) 300 KVA to 750 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacing Surge counter Monitor suitable Lightning Arrestor (Surge Arrestor) for a rated voltage of 72.5 KV, Model No SC-07-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rewinding of transformer HT coil with super enamelled / paper coated copper wire of existing gauge including all associated insulating material such as separator etc complete varnishing, heating including dismantling of top cover, decanting transformer oil, storing the same in suitable container, disconnection live part, dismantling of bushing, lifting of core Assay, checking the windings, cleaning of cooling tube, conservator and all internal connection after all necessary repair work and rewinding, assemble the complete transformer and refilling after necessary filtration including all internal connection etc of any type / capacity transformer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Filtration of oil shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 7.00 here-in-above but LT winding complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of transformer with two coats of synthetic enamel paints including surface preparation and painting / making SM MES No Capacity etc complete all as specified and as directed. :- (a) 200 KVA to 300 KVA

(c) 5000 KVA (5 MVA) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Silica gel breather assembly complete unit including Silica gel and taking out the old unserviceable one and providing proper gasket including replacement of corroded pipe connections to breather assembly suitable for transformer of capacity 100 - 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 10.00 her-in-above but for transformer of capacity 250-300 KVA -ditto- complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC work providing PCC type B2 (1 : 2 : 4) with 20 mm graded aggregate in foundation for panel and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including breaking of old PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out hard/dense soil for 66 KV/11KV switch yard/Sub Station complete all as specified and as directed. by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for screening metal, chipping etc on the site of the work, when specially order including removing screened material clear screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring( Material from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling with stone aggregate of gauge 80mm to 150mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 30 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 25.00 here-in-before but with stone aggregate of gauge 40mm to 80mm deposited , spreas and leveled in layer n.exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of fabricated Duct covers made out of MS Sheet with carring handle complete of size 60cmx45cmx10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete Servicing and Calibration of HT 11 KV VCB relays and tripping mechanism for regulating the fault flow (Over Current, Earth Fault, Differential) in sequence from down stream 11 KV distribution VCBs to SF-6 Breaker at 66/11 KV receiving Station complete and getting tested and certified by the authorised testing / manufacturing agency for accuracy and effective functioning and servicing and cleaning to VCB trolleys 11 KV, 3 pole, 630 Amps including repairs to auto charging system of vacuum circuit breaker by servicing the charging mortors and operating mechanism and electric connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete Servicing and Calibration of HT 11 KV RMU relays and tripping mechanism for regulating the fault flow (Over Current, Earth Fault, Differential) in sequence from down stream 11 KV distribution RMU to SF-6 Breaker at Sub Station complete and getting tested and certified by the authorised testing / manufacturing agency for accuracy and effective functioning and servicing and cleaning to RMU 11 KV, 3 pole, 630 Amps including repairs to auto charging system of RMU by servicing the charging mortors and operating mechanism and electric connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair of HT 11 KV vacuum circuit breaker complete set including replacement of complete internal AC/DC circuit wiring with existing size of wire, internal and external painting as per existing colour, reinsulation of HT busbar and calibration of relays and tripping mechanism and installation of VCB with existing system after coupling with VCB panel by suitable size copper busbar and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for paint of HT VCB 11 KV Panel consisting of 14 Nos VCB at common busbar with two coats of hammer tone paint after preparation of existing surface without damaging any part of VCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing high speed master trip relay (3 element) of operating limits 50 to 120% if rated coil voltage, operational time 10-15ms normal rated voltage, coil rating 24V/30V/110V/220V DC or AC, burden @ 30VDC/24VDC:7VA, 110 VDC : 10 Va, 220 VDC:7 VA, mechanical flag (red to alarm and white for normal) in window HR type operational indicator 3No+1NC contacts, as per IS 3232-1981 including setting of relay and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to Copper earth strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass/copper all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I 2009 connected to lightening conductor all as specified and testing on completion including. Necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs and GI pipe 40 mm dia of light grade, for protection of earth strip complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation/PCC/Earth work/Charcoal/ Salt shall be deemed to be include in this unit rate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium strip of size 25x3.15 mm for earth continuity conductor fixed on PCC block complete all as specified as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Copper strip of size 20x3.15 mm for earth continuity conductor fixed on PCC block complete all as specified as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing unsv loose/disturbed Aluminum strip/GI Strip/Termination rod of any sizes on roof/down conductor fixed on wooden guities /directly on roof including screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs for 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip, earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or fixed to poles or roof with saddel and screw current complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing porcelain insulator of size 65x31 mm and height 30mm with three nos hole including GI bolts and nuts of required size and two nos washer on incl PCC block, fixing strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable cable of any size from trenches , GI pipe protection, with and including separating serviceable bricks & set aside and removing un-serviceable bricks from site complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : (i) The Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch).

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bended galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor screening with extruded semi conditioning layers insulation screening with copper tape cover laid upto with PVC (ST-2) extruded, inner sheathing galvanized steel strip armoured PVC (ST-2) outer sheathed cable confirming to IS-7098 (Pt-II) 11/6.35 KV grade suitable for earthed system cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core H.T.U.G cable laid in trenches/through GI pipe/fixed along with pole complete all as specified & as directed including taking out of old unserviceable cable.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bended galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor screening with extruded semi conditioning layers insulation screening with copper tape cover laid upto with PVC (ST-2) extruded, inner sheathing galvanized steel strip armoured PVC (ST-2) outer sheathed cable confirming to IS-7098 (Pt-II) 11/6.35 KV grade suitable for earthed system cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core H.T.U.G cable laid in trenches/through GI pipe/fixed along with pole complete all as specified & as directed including taking out of old unserviceable cable.

Relaying only cable of sizes 70-185sq mm 3 core retreived from item No- 52 , after rectifying defects complete as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Earth work & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable/errection of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one run of 1.5 Sqmm 3 Core (Nominal Area) PVC Sheathed multi stranded unarmed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Conforming to IS 7098 FRLS (inner sheet) in existing position from pole junction box to light fitting all complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of low density polyethylene (LDPE) pipes of pressure rating 16 kg/cm2 of 20 mm bore complete with connected accessories including dismantling of old unserviceable any size and type pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light complete with all connected accessories including dismantling of old unserviceable light from 16mtr pole any type complete all as specified and as directed.
