Terrace water proofing treatment : Preparation of surface to be treated by racking out cracks appeared , spalling out weak existing surface and removal of debris from the terrace (upto floor five level) lead 200 m, Filling the cracks on the terrace by applying Dr Fx Pidiseal 41G , Apply mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3coarse sand) with admixture Dr Fx Pidiproof LW+ @200ml per bag cement) and Dr Fx Pidicrete URP@ 200gm per bag cement , proper curing ,achieving sufficient strength Prime seal Primer @9.29sqm / litre shallbe applied before the application of Dr Fx New Coat in 3 layers @1 litre per 20 sqm. Second layer of Dr Fx New Coat should be laid in combination with Fibre Mess to achieve flexible coating. Each successive layer of New Coat should be laid on drying of its under lying layer.”
