Providing, Installation and Commissioning of Machine room less (MRL) lift of 13 (thirteen)passenger traction type (884 kg) capacity elevator up to G+2 level. Drive-Microprocessor based VVVF-Closed Loop, gearless, variable voltage variable frequency drive, Auto rescue device (ARD), and also with Mechanical rescue device (manually rescue in case of ARD failure) Construction, Design and finish of the car Machine room less, Stainless steel ACO, SS Suspended ceiling with light. IRS, SS handail On rear Side. Providing fitting fixing of Lighting arrangement with protective measure in/c providing single phase main MCB point at Machine room, 3 pin socket & light point with switch in each floor & pit of the Lift shaft and the Electrical wiring should be provided with earthing through PVC casing or pipe etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
