Taking down carefully following capacity Transformers from four/two pole/platform by dissconnecting all the electrical connection and transporting the same to authorised workshop incl draining out the transformer oil in clean barrels,opening the top cover, taking out the defective/burnt HT/LT coil out of the tank for repair , insulation testing of the transformer winding, refilling the transformer oil after checking proper dielectric strength, refitting the top cover and other accessories including painting of the transformer with approved colour all as specified and directed and transporting the transformer back on original place in installation and securing properly on four /two pole/platform and making all HT/LT connection to the complete satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed : (a) 25 KVA to 150 KVA Note for Srl Item No 1 & 2 :- (a) The rates are inclusive of transportation of transformer from site of installation to authorised workshop and back including T&P required and all the HT/LT winding shall be measured and paid separetly. (b) Standby transformer shall be arranged by contractor at their own cost to avoid failure of supply on site and the capacity of transformer should be matched with repaired transformer.Penalty charges @2500/day shall be deducted on failure of arrangement of standby transformer. (c) Contractor has to submit the list of authorized workshops for full satisfaction of Engr-in charge and final binding shall remain with the Engr -in-charge.

Ditto all as per Srl item No 01 here-in-above but Exceeding 150 KVA and upto 300 KVA

Replacement of burnt defective LT copper coil of transformer with new one made out of suitable size/guage of copper super enameled wire of high quality matching with the existing impedence and insulation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge suitable for following capacity:-.:- (a) 25 KVA to 150 KVA Note :-For srl item No 3 & 4 The cost of coil shall be inclusive of cost of varnish insulating paper and other insulating materials and no extra payment will be made for the same.

Ditto all as per Srl item No 3 here-in-above but Exceeding 150 KVA and upto 300 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement female contact spring loaded having brass contacts suitable for GOD 200A for working pressure 11000Volts, galvanised iron bolts, nuts and washers for fixing with post insulator or any other indicated situation all as required at site or directed by Engr In charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement male contact with arching horn having brass contacts suitable for GOD 200A for working pressure 11000Volts, galvanised iron bolts, nuts and washers for fixing with post insulator or any other indicated situation all as required at site or directed by Engr In charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement copper braided belt 400mm long with MS carrier suitable for GOD 200A for working pressure 11000Volts, galvanised iron bolts, nuts and washers for fixing all as required at site or directed by Engr In charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitings,transmissin class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp suitable for 11000V all as spfd and as dircted. Make :-BHEL,Jaipuria,Alsthom

Supply and filling in replacement new transformer oil in transformers of lower oil level, levelling upto desired level having dielectric strength not less than 45 KV conforming torelevant IS all as specified and directed. Note Transformer oil shall be in sealed container.

Filtration ,heating and dehydration of transformer oil on site by using filteration machine and EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 55 KV with 2mm gap inluding removal of all moisture,dirt/girth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-Filtration, heating and dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out on site and rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to include for arrangement of filtration machine and its transportation to various locations of installation of transformer and topping of oil.

Cutting/trimming/Chopping of tree branches along the over head lines of 33/11KV line upto 5 mtr from elect line on both sides of the span and disposing off the cut trees/branches to a distance of n.exc 50m and clearing the site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction in replacement of transformer platform size 3mx2mx1m from ground incl XPM jalli fabricated with angle size 50x50x6mm and two coat of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide incl steps plinth protection and all other relevant works complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m belwo bnormal ground level connecting to the GI erthing strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and GI Strip 32x6mm protected by provision of GI Light grade pipe of 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregrate iwh 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) raniforced with PM (weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 nos and 6mm dia MS bars handle made to shape, GI Light ggrade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge for earth platem common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of 75x50x6mm phodphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hand/ dense soil rning filling in andremoval of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as per electrical plate nmp 5 of SSR 1991 Pt-I and connecting to earh test point incl testing on completion. Note:- The required resistance of Earthing shall be less than 2 ohm, If not fouund to the required resisstance, the contractor has to re earthing for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

M&L for black steel jalli mesh having steel wire dia 4mm interwooven in square shape upto height 5ft incl aluminium painting after fixing on steel angle post all as specified and directed.

M&L for joist,channel,angle or Tee sections, Fe 410-w (Gde -E-250 quality) fixed independtly without connecting plates etc cut to ordinary length i.e within 20mm of the length indicated)

Supply , commissioning and testing of HT Bus bar control panel board 11000 volts AC 3 phase for outdoor installation Kiosk Type with sloping canopy fabricated out of steel sections i.e CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick, angle/channel and flat iron sections of suitable sizewith opening on front, door in two halves fitted with handle and bolts for pad lock. The panel door shutters fixed with stainless steel hinges , heavy duty and with door stoopers.The door opening shall not be less than 150 degree.The construction of panel board shall be dust, vermin proof IP 54 standard with phosphatised powder coating painting externally and internally to protect against corrosion. The panel shall be mounted on suitable size of PCC platform 1:2:4 and channel section having ground clearance 60cms from grouting bolts complete incl incorporated with bus bar chamber with electrolytic grade aluminium strip with heat shrinkable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators 3 strip of suitable length for current rating 150 Amp complete all as specified and directed. Taking out after removing electric connection of voltage stabilizer from LT panels and trasporiting it to workshop for repair and back to station after repair including loading and unloading incl dismantling the voltage stabilizer by taking out tranformer oil and storing for reuse after cleaning and removing moisture from it taking all the assembly of voltage stabilzer and removing /repairng the unserviceable parts resassembling it after repair testing and commissioning the voltage stabilizer of capacity 20 KVA to 315 KVA unbalanced type . Note :- spare to be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this schedule 'A'.

Supply only sensing/control card for voltage start from of capacity 20 to 315KVA.

Supply only carbon bushes for capacity 20 to 315 KVA (set of three) of Make as per sample or as directed.

Supply only servo motor capacity 10 to 40 Kg, 60RPH at 240 volt of capacity 20 to 315 KVA, 50 Hz of make as per sample or as directed.

Supply only push button as per sample or as directed.

Supply only voltmeter 0-500 square shape 96mm or as per sample. Make-AE/L&T.

Supply only Ammeter 0-100/0-200/5A square shape 96 mm or as per sample. Make- AE/L&T.

Supply only toggle switch make as per sample or as directed.

Rewinding of dimmer stat complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge inclduing insulating material and labour for winding for voltage stabilizer of capacity 150 to 315 KVA.

Rewinding of stabilizer Transformer of rating 100 to 150 KVA with copper enamelled wire and other winding material inclduing insulator, varninshing preheating at chamber as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and replecement of gear assembly for stabilizer of rating 100 to 200 KVA as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and replecement of gear assembly for stabilizer of rating 250 to 315 KVA as directed by Engr in Charge.

Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 Amps all as specified and directed.
