REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AT HARSHAN ENCLAVE, PTP NAGAR, MADHYA MARG, BDE OFFR MESS, GANAPATHY ENCLAVE, AOI AND STN HQ AT PMS UNDER GE (ARMY) TRIVANDRUM

Dismantling unserviceable broken electric poles/ struts, any size and type with disconnecting all connections, demolition of concrete foundation including excavation, earth work, as required and removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for supply, erection of Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom, class 10 complete including painting two coats of white bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to the planting depth and the remaining portion of the exteriors shall be painted with two coats of exterior weather proof paint after necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation old painted surface of cement concrete poles of any size from pole coping to top of pole including struts, cross arms, clamps, etc painting with two coats of approved colour of aluminium paint on cross arms over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of exterior weather proof paint and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old painted panels surfaces of any size, top to bottom and left to right, internal and external surface complete spray painting with Siemens powder coated grey colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing, servicing, painting and replacement of unserviceable parts of LT panels including complete broken accessories such as partially open door, broken door, unserviceable aluminium bus bar, unserviceable/ broken locking arrangement, repairing of LT Panel legs, welding work, necessary PCC work, excavation and earth work including disconnection and reconnection of cables with suitable size of aluminium lugs in proper engineering practice, for any size of cables in any capacity of LT panel also Fixing of LT Danger Notice plate in both side of the panel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, extruded PVC outer sheathed, LT underground cable, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross-sectional area 3.5 core 150 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including of provision of lugs & testing, including taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No. 6.00 here in before, but cable of cross-sectional area 3.5 core 95 sqmm, including taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, extruded PVC outer sheathed, LT underground cable, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross-sectional area 10 sqmm to 50 sqmm, 2 / 3.5 / 4 core, 1100 volts grade, as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988, Cable will be Drawn through HDPE Pipe in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including of provision of lugs & testing, including taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The Cable will be issued under Schedule B store from MES Store yard of AGE E/M (Army) Trivandrum . (ii) Transport from store yard to site and laying cable deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) HDPE Pipe, Excavation, Returning and filling, Removal of soil will be paid separately.
