Chipping of existing deteriorated damaged & lose concrete from the external surface of the structure by mechanical means or by using wire brush/chisel/hammer etc without damaging the structure, cleaning furtherand exposing the sound concrete using wire brush including removing the loose scale of corrosion etc from the exposed reinforcement to make it free from dust,residues etc.complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE FOR ITEM NO- 01 to 14;- The rate shall also include disposal of waste/ rubble /spoil etc from site of work to outside of MD Land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. The lead and lift as required including provision of standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 07 M. shall deemed to have been included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be admitted at a laterdate in this respect. Work shall be carried out under supervision of company's authorised rep and applicator.)

M&L for Removal of all rust materials from the corroded reinforcement,cleaned by wire brush,further cleaned with air blower/water jet &finally cleaned by rust removing agent Sika Rustoff 100 of M/S Sika or Reebaklens RR of M/S Fosrock/M/S Pedilite as per technical specification and manufacturer's recommendation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for cleaning Surface, applied two coats of zinc rich epoxy based primer coat Friazinc R of M/S Sika or Nitozinc Primer of M/S Fosrock or Equivalent materialof M/S Pedilite on steel surface / Reinforcement as per manufacturer's instruction and as per technical specification complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no.4 here-in-before but 6mm to8mm bars---Ditto----.

M&L for applying one coat of polymer based bond on the prepared concrete surface with Sika Latex of M/S Sika or Nitobond SBR Latex of M/S Fosrock or Equivalent material of M/S Pedilite as per specificaton,as per instruction complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of Surface by mechanically or manually,cleaning,application of epoxy based bonding agent primer/bond coat with Sikadur 31 of M/S Sika orNitibond EP of M/S Fosrock/ Equivalent of M/S Pedilite followed by epoxy resin based mortar, single component, shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced structural grade cementitious repair mortar Siadur 41 or Renderoc SP 40 of M/S Fosrock/ Equivalent material of M/S Pedilite on damaged concrete surface up to 25mm average thickness as per manufacturer's instruction and technical specification complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, beam,columns and chajja with good quality reusable water tight form work materials for fair finished surfaces with suitable screwing arrangements to the structure,as required as per site condition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for and placement of ready to use non shrink ,cementitious ,free flow micro concrete like Sikarep Microconcrete-4 of M/S Sika or Renderoc RG of M/S Fosrock/Equivalent material of M/S Pedilite of required thickness as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Cutting V shape groove along the crack,making drill whole,fixing nozzles/Mechanical packer by epoxy adhesive Sikadur 31 of M/S Sika or Nitomorter S of M/S Fosrock/equivalent of M/S Pedilite ,patch repair as necessary,and injection with epoxy resin Sikadur 52 or conbextra EP10 of M/S Fosrock/M/S Pedilite by suitable pump & finally sealed as well as removing the grouted nozzles after injection as per manufacturer's instruction and technical specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Drilling of 16 mm hole into the depth of 180 mm in concrete at honeycomb areas followed by cleaning with blow pump and cleaning brush and fixing of 12 mm rebar with RE-500V3 chemical of M/S Sika or Cebex100 of M/S Fosrock/M/S Pedilite with help of HILTI HDE Dispenser as per manufacturer's instruction and technical specification complete all as specified and directed

M & L for application of an expanding grout admixture Intraplast EP of M/S Sika orConbextra EP10 of M/S Fosrock/M/S Pedilite for pressure grouting using min 15 mm dia, 100 mm long PVC nozzles 1 m c/c in the concrete with the help of 200 mm long dummy rod . Dummy rod shall be removed after the initial set of concrete .Extra nozzles are to be provided along the construction joint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cleaning of surface to remove dust and loosely adhering particles completely,and treated with SikaTop seal 109 hi ( a two component acrylic polymer modified, cementitious, ready to use, flexible waterproofing slurry at right angles to each other) of M/S Sika or Nitocoat CM210 of M/S Fosrock/M/S Pedilite and taking the coatings over the vertical parapet up to at least 300mm on the exterior surface of the parapet. Sika Fab1 of M/S Sika or Equivalent material of M/S Fosrock/M/S Pedilite, a glass fibre cloth shall be put between two coats complete all as specified and directed conforming to the following technical parameters of the coating system:- Tensile Strength -2 N/mm2 after 28 days ( with Sika Fab-1) (According to ASTM D 412) Pulloout Bond Strength-2 N/mm2 (concrete failure) (According to ISO 4624) Slant Sheer Bond Strength-4 N/mm2 ( According to FIP 5.15) Elongation at Break 40% (Acoording to ASTM D 412) Workable Time-30 minutes at +27 degrees centigrate Water Permiability Passes (According to IS 2645) Water Absorption Negligibility Accelerated Weathering, 500 hours No Chalking or cracking on the film (According to IS 101)

M&L for 15mm thick plaster including the waterproof coating before fixing on the reinforcements, by mixing with integral waterproofing compound, Plastercoate Plus of M/S Sika or Equivalent material of M/S Fosrock/M/S Pedilite @ 100gms per bag of cement , finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials,debris to a distance of 100m as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for machine pressed ,pre-polished and chemically treated, smooth finished ,exterior graded coloured cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.(Make:- Hindusthan pipe industries(Lovely brand)/Multiwin/ Lovely tiles & Interlocking paves, Telepara)

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonary work, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding precast concrete articles etc. and removing the unserviceable rubishes and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) consisting two layers, top layer of 10mm thick mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately.)

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cm 1:3 on ceiling or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick (Ist quality) conforming to IS-13753, as in vertical surface such as skirting/dado set in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface, including 10mm thick rendering to receive tiles in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.(Make- Kajaria / Asian/ Nitco)

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, laid in bays,finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items,any lower rate qouted by the Tenderer will not be cosidered and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly cosidering rate inserted by the MES.
