Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc.: With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/ 10 sqm

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications complete in all respect including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
