M & L for Taking out existing Monoblock Pump set, 7.5 HP capacity after disconnecting all electrical connections, Opening strip of pump set and removing Mono block Pump set to AGE E/M Store yard, opening and checking, cleaning of pump set as required, transportation of defective Pump set to nearest workshop to carry out reparing/rewinding, dismantling pump set, taking out burnt copper windings, cleaning of slots of the motor, re-winding the same with supper enamlled copper insulated wire of suitable gauge and weight as per the existing one including necessary insulation materials, varnishing, heating, replacement of minor spares/ parts such as nuts, bolts, washer, gasket etc and repalcement of ball bearings etc with new one as per the existing one, greasing etc re-assembling the same and testing for smooth functioning after re-winding, transporting back to worksite after repair, re-installation and providing all connection, testing in presence of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and diretced. (Note: Ball bearing etc as required shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant item)

Supply only Ball bearing suitable for Monoblock Pump set, 7.5 HP capacity complete all as directed (Make : TATA/SKF/NBC/HCH).

Supply only Cast Iron impeller CI KDS-3 suitable for 7.5 HP capacity motor as existing specifications complete all as directed

M & L for lifting of Submersible Pump and Motor assembly 10 HP capacity alongwith complete Column pipes. Submersible cable, safety rope etc from the existing Borewell by emplying chain pulley block etc, dismantling column pipes by opeining nuts, bolts, pump & motor etc, seggregating & stacking of serviceable column pipes & other materials and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and diretced.

M & L for removing submersible pump and motor assembly 10 HP capapcity to AGE E/M Store yard, Opening/dismantling and checking in presence of a Board of Officers to ascertain the quantum of defects and repair works involves, cleaning of cover and parts as required, transportation of defective submersible pump and motor assembly to nearest workshop for repairs, repairing and replacement of unserviceable parts and re-assembling submersible pump and motor assembly after repair and servicing and transporting repaired submersible pump motor assembly back to work site complete all as specified and diretced. (Note: (a) Spare Parts required to be replace will be measured and paid as "Supply only"under relevent items and the cost of labour element involved for replacement of parts shall demmed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (b) Any Minor repairs involved to make the submersible pump and motor assembly functional, even if not notified by the BOO, the same shall be carry out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. (c) The cost of minor spares parts/ items viz, nuts, bolts, washer, gasket etc shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (d) Rewinding of submersible motor, herever involves will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item (e) BOO shall be detailed by GE)

M & L for dismantling of Submersible Motor 10 HP capacity, taking out burnt windings, cleaning of slots of the motor and Rewinding the same with water proof super enamelled copper insulated wire of suitable guage and weight as per the existing one including necessary insulation materials, varnishing, heating, reassembling the same and testing for smooth functioning after rewinding complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Lowering down of Submersible Pump and Motor assembly 7.5 HP capacity alongwith complete Column pipes. Submersible cable, safety rope etc from the existing Borewell by emplying chain pulley block etc, and T & P, testing on completion complete all as specified and diretced. (Note: Serviceable pump repaired under serial item No. 84 to 86 above shall be reused)

S & F in repair Direct Online starter in sheet steel enclosure, 10 HP, 415 Volts, 50 Hz with outgoing and incoming cable connections and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 75 cm x 75 cm x 90 cm (internal dimension) one brick thick wall in CM 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally, externally up to 15cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet duly welded with provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including 40 x 40 x 5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) of size 230 X 200 X 100mm, applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer after preparation of steel & iron surfaces including necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil and demolition of existing one complete as specified and directed all as per relevant TD drawing. M&L for dismantling / demolition unserviceable Prestressed Cement Concrete (if required on ground) / LT Steel Tubular Pole of any description and any size after taking proper electric shut down from the concerened JE(E/M) / Engr-in-Charge. On demolition / taking out of old electric pole will be kept aside in safe custody to issue under schedule of credit. The job includs made good to the disturbed ground surface area, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Unserviceable pole will be dismantled at ground level and disturbed ground will made good as directed for which earthwork, demolition Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.

M&L for taking down unserviceable/rusted GI Earth Wire, Cradles Guards of any size and shape at any Position from LT Electric Poles of any size and capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.
