SOLAR STRING INVERTERS - Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following sized IP 65 rated out door three phase input, three Phase output, true sinewave inverter system, with Maximum Power Point Tracker charge controller and data logger system with minimum 180 dyas storage facility. The data shall have health status of individual strings. Minimum protection required shall be Over voltage/surge, over load, short circuit and anti- islanding protection. Earthing shall be provided as per IEC standards. IGBT based true sine wave output, Power factor corrected from end shall be min 0.95, Accuracy of AC voltage control = +/-3%, Accuracy of AC frequency control = +/-1%, Frequency = 50Hz, Intelligent interface with LED/LCD display, No-load losses less than 2%, Total Harmonic Distortion <3%

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in recess/ surface/ cable tray/ wall with saddles, clamps and all other accessories as required Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required 3C X150 sq.mm.

PART - D, EARTHING AND SAFETY EQUIPMENTS Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing GI/Cu strip/wire on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required - 25mm X 6mm GI

Conforms to the requirements according to (IS/IEC 62305).with an outdoor glass-fibre reinforced polycarbonate enclosure having minimum inner dimension of 75mm x 75 mm x 50 mm.

Providing and laying hot dipped galvanized steel tape 30 mm X3 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required.

PART- F Comprehensive AMC of the entire solar power plant for 5 years from the date of handing over to CUSAT.
