Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on roof to receive water proofing treatment including filling undulations if any etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 0.20 kg/Sqm over concrete surface. (b) Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method. (c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction .
