M & L 150 mm bore High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) PN 10 laid in trenches/Wall/road crossing for suitable length as per sire requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 80 mm bore MS tubes light grade galvanised, with all fittings laid in trenches or walls or for passing earth strip, etc , complete including taking down old item.complete all as specified and directed

Cutting into existing bituminous carpet road/PCC hard standing/tiles for laying of pipes/UG cables, re filling, ramming and making good the disturbed surfaces with cold mix bitumen to match with the existing complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair ACB, 4 pole, fixed type, 1000 Amp, 50 kA, microprocessor release, 415 volt AC at 50 Hz with inbuilt 2NO+2NC aux contact including any alternation works such as providing necessary fittings of suitable size for rack in rack out operations of new ACB, extending the existing busbars to fix the new ACB in position all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for hiring, transporting and finding the HT 11 KV/ LT UG cable fault location in any location inside Naval Base and Kataribagh area for any size of cable by using portable cable fault locator and marking the exact location all as directed .

Suply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5 mm thick glass as directed having front area 1.20 Square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install Hot dipped GI 600 mm Perforated cable tray of sheet Thickness 10 mm and dimension of 600mm x 75 mm x 10mm fixing the cable tray along the walls and ruuning the existing cables through the tray including all accessories such as nuts, bolts, clamps for fixing the tray on the walls all as specified and as directed

M&L for supply and fixing Earthing display/indication board on angle iron of size 45mm x 30mm made up of acrylic sheet of thickness min 2.5mm clearly indicating Earth pit number, testing date, resistance value and space for entering those values and marking the earth resistance value using paint on the earthing chamber complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for fixing in replacement of old damaged PCC chamber and cover with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber of size 45cmx45cmx45cm and 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit cover with 8mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT brs on both ways for chamber cover including MS handle etc, cover plate should be painted with yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading the Outdoor substations with broken stone hard core of guage not exceeding 63 mm size deposited to spread and levelled in layers 150 mm thickness complete all are specified and directed

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 CM size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of HT/LT cable entry cover plates at various substations for transformers/Htpanels/LT panels by fabricating the existing panel as per the site requirement such that the incoming/outgoing cables were properly glanded and sealed and the plate should be well fitted such that no rain water/dust/any reptiles/small creatures should not enter inside the terminal box or panel all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for dismatling the existing shed and RMU at CPO substation by disconnecting existing cables and shifting the entire shed and RMU panel to inside the MES 110 KV Substation and carrying out the necessary excavation works for refixing the shed and PCC works for reinstallation of the RMU panel inside the MES 110 KV substaiton. The HT cables should be reconnected at the new locaiton all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note:- The additional length of HT Cables and HT cable joints required at new specified location shall be measured and paid separately.

Calibraiton and carrying out proper relay coordination between all the HT VCBs at various locations in a total of 89 substaitons inside the Naval base and kataribagh by carrying out necessary survery and doing the required settings in the VCB relays so that coordination is achieved between the relays of all the VCBs such that the nearest breaker to the fault locaiton gets tripped first before the next breaker all as directed
