Providing and laying Bituminous concrete :Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 25/40 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 as per IS:73/2006 equivalent to bitumen 60/70 @5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Following materials is requried for production of 1 cum bitumenous concrete. (a) Paving asphalt of grade VG-30 of aprpoved quailiity @ 5.5%(percentage by weight of total mix 129.58 Kg. b) Stone agreegate single size: 12.5mm nominal size 0.223 Cum. (c) Stone agreegate single size: 10mm nominal size 0.408 Cum. d) Stone agreegate single size: 6mm nominal size 0.186 Cum. e) Stone chipping/ screenings 4.75mm nominal size 0.623 Cum. f) Dry hydrated lime (factory made) : 66.81 Kg. Weight of 1 Cum bituminous concrete is 2.356 MT.) Mode of measurement : Measurement shall be made on volumetric basis . Volume of bitumenious concrete will be worked out by weight of concrete recorded at weigh bridge devided by density of BC of 2.356MT/ Cum. Weighment of tipper/ Hyva shall be recorded at weighbridge of Nalco steel yard. The bidder is requested to quoted their price accordingly

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam :Providing and laying Bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications , complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.- 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Requirement of ingredients for production of 1.0 Cum bituminous macadam. (a) Paving asphalt of grade VG-30 @ 3.5% by weight of total mix 76.83 Kg. (b) Stone agreegate single size: 25mm nominal size 0.282 Cum. c) Stone agreegate single size: 10mm nominal size 0.565 Cum. (d) Stone agreegate single size: 6mm nominal size 0.282 Cum. (e) Stone chippings/ screenings 4.75mm size 0.282 Cum. Weight of 1 Cum bituminous macadam is 2.195 MT.) Mode of measurement : Measurement shall be made on volumetric basis . Volume of bitumenious macadam will be worked out by weight of BM recorded at weighbridge devided by density of BM of 2.195MT/ Cum. Weighment of tipper/ Hyva shall be recorded at weighbridge of Nalco steel yard. The bidder is requested to quoted their price accordingly

Providing and applying tack coat :Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS :8887 using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom as per specification and direction of manager-In-Charge: (a) On bituminous surface @ 0.25 kg/sqm

Carrying out field tests :Carrying out field tests (bitumen content ) as per relevant standards and specifications on daily basis after collecting sample of bituminous mix at HMP/site with own laboratory instruments, consummables, sieves, weighing machine with 1 gm accuracy, filter papers, benzene, etc in the presence of NALCO representative as directed by M-I-C (1 set of test includes for bitumen content tests for three sample collected jointly) (2 sets of tests or more shall be done daily as per direction of MIC)

Providing & Laying Random Rubble masonar : Providing & Laying Random Rubble masonary work with hard stone in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 sand) including levelling , finishing etc complete as per specifications and instructions of the manager in charge

Supplying, Transporting, stacking and sp : Supplying, Transporting, stacking and spreading of Moorum of approved quality and authorised sources.The rates inclusive of stacking,transporting,spreading ,royality & other levies and other applicable taxes etc

Earthwork in excavation :Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil in trenches for foundation, pipes and for drainage of water/rain water etc, including dressing the sides and ramming of bottom, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out and stacking the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 100 M as per direction of the manager in charge

Surface cleaning :Surface cleaning of the ground, Road berm including removing vegetation, grass cutting, bush cleaning and removal of inequalities not exceeding 30 cm deep and disposal of rubbish at a designated location as indentified by the manager in charge in all kinds of soil including levelling etc complete as per specifications and instructions of the manager in charge
