Filling pot holes and patch repair with Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the Material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill) as per design mix, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers, with motor grader/F.E. loader/Paver Finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under-base and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Driversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406). with all lead & lift

Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with open-graded premix surfacing, 20mm thick compacted with bitumen binder VG10 @14.60 kg/10 sqm and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant, transporting the mixed Material with tipper and laying manually to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne, removal of all failed Material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot-holes with hot bituminous Material as per Clause 511, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 including cost of tack coat and including cost of seal coat type B with lead for mix of Material 1 km.
