Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work,blasting work,chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:5:3 (1cement 1.5 sand :3 crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Walls (any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level in all leadfs & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like in all leads & lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like floors etc.upto 200mm in thickness in all leads and lifts.

Providing from work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring,shuttering ,strutting and propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for re-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- Arches , domes, vaults upto all span in all heights and removal of the same for -in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work. in:-

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-suspended floors, roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level in all leads & lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Steel fibre reinforcement concrete(SFRC)manhole cover and frame conforming to IS-12593(Part-I)1988 and IS12592-1991 Part-II with latest ammendments 500mmdia (Medium duty)in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing 200 mm wide cast iron rungs with chequared or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manhole with 200 x200x100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal sizec) complete in all respect. In all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches GMS tubes (light class) tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves,unions and collars etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In -Charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately ).150 mm dia. (MC).

Providing and Fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete in all leads and lifts. 110 mm dia.

Providing and fixing cast iron sluice valve of BIR/Kirloskar/Kartar/pelicon make BIS No- 14846 with flange Table - 17 including welding of flanges, Nuts, Bolts and Gasket etc. The sluice valve conforiming to IS-780. The dia of valve as mentioned below complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 150 mm dia.

Providing and fixing of MS Fabricated Protection Panel having size 750 mm x 750 mm made with MS Angle 40 x 40 x 4 mm for frame, MS Angle 30 x 30 x 3 mm for cover, MS Flat 25 x 5 mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS Sheet 3.15mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle, MS Flat & MS Sheet, embedding in RCC Slab by drilling holes in MS angle & in RCC slab, provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300 x 16 mm, MS Handle 100 mm, Lock and applying a coat of red oxide paint and painting two coat with steel paint (Firoza Blue) complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

1.20 metre hight fencing (as per approved design)1.80 metres R.C.C posts 3 metres centre to centre and R.C.C struts with 7 horizental lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel bar bed wire (IS 278 -1962 type1) weighing 9.38 Kg./100 metres (minimum)strainedand fixed to posts by typing to 6 mm galvanised steel bar niles/clips with G.I binding wire including cost of Excavation R.C.C posts , R.C.C struts and straining belts and embeded in cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement:4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete all respect with manufacturing & fixing of M.S gate 1.20x1.50 meters and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge in all leads and lifts.
