RequiredThe bidder shall be a Company / LLP / Partnership Firm / Proprietorship / Startup / registered firm / other legally eligible entity permitted to enter into contracts with Government. Valid registration documents shall be submitted.
RequiredPAN and GST Registration, wherever statutorily applicable, shall be submitted along with the bid.
RequiredNMC may assess technical competence through the proposed architecture, working modules, prototype/PoC, credentials of key personnel and implementation plan.
RequiredThe bidder shall demonstrate essential capabilities before the NMC, including worker/FRS attendance, mobile and web dashboard, GIS/GPS mapping, geo-tagged and time-stamped field verification, vehicle tracking/integration, grievance/workflow assignment, reporting and API/integration capability, as relevant to the proposed solution.
RequiredThe bidder shall submit local office address and details of support staff working in NMC limits.
RequiredConsortium/JV/technology partnership may be permitted to enable participation of specialised firms. The bid shall identify a Lead Bidder and clearly define the role, responsibility and deliverables of each member. The Lead Bidder shall remain responsible to NMC for successful implementation and O&M as per the contract.
RequiredThe applicant and, where applicable, consortium/JV members shall not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government Department/ULB/PSU on the date of bid submission and shall furnish the declaration prescribed by NMC.
RequiredTechnical qualification shall be based on demonstrated capability and compliance with NMC requirements. The successful bidder shall execute the project against defined milestones and shall provide the required 36-month operation and maintenance support, SLA-based support, security updates, data protection, training, documentation and other performance obligations specified by NMC.
