Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete fitting such as switches , ceiling rose pendent, regulators, sockets light fitting etc to be measured separately) removing material from site and making good disturbed surface of wall floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down main switches and DBs of any type and make including wooden board/ junction box. removing material from site and making good disturbed surface of wall floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH 1100 volts grade drawn in and including PVC casing and capping of size 25/32 mm fixed to wall ceiling including PVC closed recessed boxes ISI marked with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting of switches, sockets etc incl 1.50 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH 1100 volts grade single core earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for all as directed and specified for the followings.

Supply & Fix in replacement new generation energy saving and environmental frindly long life 25W LED security lights made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover having top opening seperate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07.fixed with necessary brackets (made out of 32mm bore GI pipe light grade appx 0.6 meter long bend to shape) nuts, bolts, etc to be fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan any type/ size from wall and dismantling sealing cable and dismantling blades and bring in to contractor store for repair and fixing exhaust fan in position after repair, greasing etc. with existing flexible copper cable complete all as directed. (rewinding of fan, painting and spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep after dismantlingand taking out the burnt winding coils and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size and gauge including insulation, Varnishing, drying etc complete and refixing the same after rewinding and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil not exceeding 50 meter and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for bricks sub-class 'B' laid in trenches with width equal to width of the brick for the protection of under ground cable complete all as specified in SSR part-I.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old recess mounting 2' x 2', LED light luminaire and refixing same after repair or by replacing required item of reccess light complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: LED driver and surge protection device will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down old u/s LT UG Cables of any size from trenches/poles/walls complete after disconnection all as specified and directed
