Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws / J-type or L-type bolts bitumen's washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws / J-type or L-type bolts bitumen's washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F mild steel rolled sections such as in main and cross beams, hip and Jack rafters, purlins, where connected to common rafters and running rails etc fixed with angle cleats or flat iron clamps or other connecting arrangements complete (Grade Fe 410-0 or Fe 310.0)

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards, (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets.

S&F Gl frame work of size 605x605mm, for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx. 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, including hangers and hanging arrangements, including providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of Paris ceiling (Gypsum anyhydrous) fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having Phillips head with under head cutter at minimum spacing of 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish and multi layer design, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of walls by hand held sander / long handle sander and and applying two coat of oil emulsion paint with roller finish over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M & L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and even smooth without using extra cement..

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick in CM 1:4,over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) Intergial WPC Compound shall be used in sencond layer of 5mm.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered or plastered concrete surfaces and applying three coat of white wash all as specified

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on wall surfaces.

M&L Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,or fixing Galvalume sheet etc., and making good, cutting exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
