Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water , blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/strutting, planking,timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material/soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lifts complete in all respect as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work such as spade work, pick work, jumper work saturated /un saturated soil blasting work and chiseling/wedging out of rocks where blasting work prohibited up to all depth and lifts including pumping and bailing out water where ever required stacking the excavated earth not more than 3mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into the plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated material within all leads and lifts, useful material available from excavation to be properly stacked and handed over free of cost to the department as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches ISI marked centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipes for water, gas and sewage with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329-2000 and latest with up to date ammendments in length of 5 to 6.00 mtrs. class K-7 suitable for push on joint (rubber gastek D-jointing) including short pieces, collars with cement mortar lining in side the pipes with outside zinc coating as per IS-8329-2000 complete in all respect within all leads & lifts & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).200 mm dia

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering including all leads and lifts. a) Foundation and plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 sand: 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate , 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 aggregate 20 mmm nominal size ) & curing complete etc, cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in Foundation and plinth at all lead lead and lifts & with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 ( 1cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:- I) Foundation and plinth.

ii) Walls(any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

iii) suspended floors, roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge . I) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

ii) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landings and the like: floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Providing and Fixing of S.F.R.C. manhole covers confirming to IS: 12592 (part-II)-1991 with latest amendments of different grades, description and opening of frame EHD35 ISI mark circular type dia 560 mm as per the requirement in all leads and lifts.

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar below G.L upto 1.50 mtrs. depth i/c stacking of serviceable materials & disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 mtrs. lead as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone masonary up to ground level i/c stacking of serviceable materials & disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 mtrs. lead as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stones/Boulders filling behind the R/walls,also under floor etc,in all lifts and leads complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge
